The cabin is an approx. 2 acre lot. It is not secluded, but does offer more privacy than most cabins, or resorts. Tree Lights out front and outside Bluetooth speakers add the ambience you'll enjoy. It is 312 sq feet. Small kitchen area, but with a wrap around deck with outdoor ceiling fans, and quality grill, you're all set. There is only smart TV operation with DVD player and a collection of movies. When the spillway gates are opened, the rapids fill the air with that terrific sound.

We understand that our guests may need space to park large vehicles, and we're pleased to offer a full driveway behind a locked gate for your convenience.

You can enjoy a shared dock for fishing or swimming and park your boat on the NE side of the dock while you stay. Enjoy your private entrance and private deck with fire pit and BBQ grill.

The Tiny Cottage is perfect for guests who are traveling with kids or pets and would like to avoid a hotel. The Cottage has almost 400 sq. feet of personal space. It is fully equipped with a living room, galley kitchen, full bathroom, small bedroom, and private yard. The deck has patio seating. Pets need to be well-behaved. Inside you will find an open concept with one king bed and a queen over queen bunk bed. Most cooking will be done outside on the Blackstone, but there is a fridge, large Air Fryer/Toaster Oven, and double burner inside. There is also a washer and dryer! LOCATION! Close to multiple marinas, Little Blue Area, and Disney.
