Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

The River House is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The cabin was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

Beautiful professionally decorated home. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer. 3 large screen televisions with Dish service. Home is a quiet wooded setting overlooking the 8th tee box of golf course. Baths and kitchen feature granite and large showers. The Village has 9 golf courses and many lakes to enjoy. There is a professionally created putting green in back yard. Maximum guests is 6. In garage is basketball goal, ping pong and more to enjoy.

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
