Surrounded by farm land the peace and tranquillity of the house can be enjoyed whilst watching the cows & horses graze in the paddocks close by. The house has been freshly renovated throughout and fitted out with warm and inviting tones. Our house is designed to make it feel like your home away from home.

Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

Originally the married mens quarters on the farm, fitting 2 married couples, this shack has been extensively renovated and modernised in to a comfortable getaway for a family or couple wanting a weekend or more away from it all, the shack is part of a historic old sheep farm in Western Victoria that is still operated by the family of the original squatter, an easy drive to the Grampians or the world renown 12 Apostles or just stay on the farm and have a look at a farming lifestyle.

This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
