A very quiet, relaxing location. Easy beach access a couple blocks north via the State Recreation site. The house is very comfortable and nicely cared for. Nice restaurants close by. A delightful place and location that we look forward to enjoying again sometime!

The place was beautiful and clean. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants including a great karaoke bar. Thorsten's instructions were clear so I didn't end up needing to ask any questions. loved our stay and will be back!

If I only could just move in. It felt so homey. Everything we needed was there, we just had to bring the groceries we wanted. There was plenty of towels and linens. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was just what I needed and very private. I could hear the ocean at night. Randy communicated promptly and was always very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Carol was an amazing host, very responsive and offered early check-in! The home was super comfy and housed our 8 woman book club well. Really loved the quiet, the hot tub, and the short walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to beach access and local restaurants and attractions. Lisa was quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely stay here again

My dog and I loved staying in Peter's place. Views of the ocean, lovely little neighborhood, clean, open-feeling space. Nice little porch where my dog and I hung out in the evening as she chased bees around. While she's too scared to walk around the neighborhood, this would be an ideal spot for anyone who loves to walk! We drove to the little town center but that would be totally walkable if you don't have a scaredy pup like I do. We're big fans of Yachats and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Right on the beach - 20 feet away. Extremely clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Neighbors on both sides but absolutely no issues. View out the back toward the ocean is completely unobstructed. Spent hours just watching the ocean waves, birds and sunsets. Beach is extremely wide - at low tide and even at high tide you can walk for a mile either direction north or south. Be advised the property has the Pacific Coast Highway on the east side and there is traffic noise, but from the decks on the west side, it's not noticeable. We didn't try the hot tub but it was ready and waiting for use. Having immediate access to the beach with unlimited walking made this a well-worth 7 night vacation for us.

Wow! Great place, great location completely stocked with everything you may need! The decor is absolutely hilarious! Thanks Chad for a great time with our kids and grand dogs!!

Annie and Stacy were fantastic and accommodating! We had a great time celebrating our sons first birthday! Enjoyed it so much we asked if we could stay another night!!

We needed a last minute place to stay and were thankful that we found a place with a washer and dryer. Had a lovely stay!

Scott is a wonderful host! We appreciated all the extra touches. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Scott was in communication with us and quick to respond. The home was clean and cozy and in a quiet and private neighborhood just a short walk to the beach access and close by Depoe Bay and Newport, which are fun areas to explore. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Greycoast Cottage for our Thanksgiving weekend with our nephew. Thank you Scott!

the house is a dream. incredible views of the pacific. cozy and warm inside. we’re traveling with friends and their little one - the house is spacious enough for 4 adults and a child. the kitchen is fully functional with all you need to cook you own meals. the patio is perfect for basking in the afternoon sun. extremely friendly neighbors. we would have loved to stay longer. thank you Hannah!

Our family LOVED our stay and will be back again when we come through town! The appliances were modern, everything was clean and welcoming, and we felt safe and comfortable. Close to food, shops, and quick drive to Newport, with a quiet, small town woody vibe. Very cool layout, and plenty of room for a family of 5! We especially loved the themed rooms and decor. Easy check in, and very helpful and kind property manager who happened to be on site checking on things after a big storm. We will be back, thank you!

Great location and extremely cozy home, and we have WONDERFUL stay here! Susan gives us a very warm welcome and we have almost everything here including yummy breakfast and white wine, the bay view is amazing even its rainy outside, one of the best bnb I've ever stayed!

I had a wonderful stay at this air bnb! The home was very clean and cozy. Though it may be small, the home was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The walk to they bay is beautiful and short. Pelican Brewing is just down the road too; the food was amazing. Natalie was exceptional with her communication and directions. I would stay here again.

Super cozy little cottage close to Seal Rock Beach and not far from Newport, Waldport, and Florence. The heaters kept it very cozy inside and we had fun watching DVDs and preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The road in is a bit bumpy and the outside is modest looking, but this is a great spot to stay. The space is perfect for two adults or four if you don’t mind sleeping on futons in the living room. The WiFi is strong and we were able to work at the big table all day without any issues and enjoyed the view through the big windows. Don’t miss Luna Sea just down the road for amazing chowder or fish & chips! This is a lovely, quiet spot for a stay on the Oregon Coast and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities.
