Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

We have free mining equipment with all rentals. Stop by Off Grid next door for a visit and free bag of ice. We also have additional mining equipment for rent. We have a NO PET policy

Luna sits on an elevated deck with stunning views of the property’s serene pond and the countryside of Pearcy, AR. A peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is yours to explore alone with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. The property extends on both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. It's the perfect location for couples, honeymoons, anniversaries, or even escaping on your own for a private sabbatical. Pets are only allowed for couples without children. Fast WiFi!
