Floors have radiant heating. Robust showers with great water pressure and a deep soaking bathtub for a luxurious and relaxing you-time. Bedrooms are fitted with high-end designer beds and mattresses and high quality all-cotton linens. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, pots and pans and everything you need to make meals and stay in. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

The River House features two connected, first-floor suites ideal for couples or families. The Front Porch Suite includes a queen canopy bed, sitting room with a queen pull-out couch, and private porch for relaxing with morning coffee. The cabin was built by Denis Wilkens from reclaimed wood sourced from the original buildings, found timber and garnished by local artisan pieces.
