William and Liz's place was a peaceful experience and a great way to disconnect and celebrate a birthday with my family. Beautiful views, great accommodations, and an awesome hot tub. It's definitely worth it if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature.

Such a beautiful home with lots to do in the surrounding area. The kitchen is really well equipped with great cooking tools that we were able to make use of! Walking around on the property itself was so peaceful and only a short drive away from east sidney lake.

We had a great time. The sledding hill was long but amazing and created some long lasting memories for the young and old of the crowd. Great place to gather with friends and family and enjoy some time away. Game room downstairs was a great bonus as well. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

The whole family absolutely loved this place. It was one of our favorite family vacations ever. Kate and crew were so hospitable and offered so much at the farmstead. Our older sons helped the apprentices with the farm chores a few times and absolutely loved it. They are wanting to go back as apprentices next year and everyone says we have to go back every summer from here on out. We had rain while we were here but stayed very confortable and we loved the sound of the rain on the roof. The farm store had lots of products to choose from. A lot of the product was from the farmstead and there was also a lot of other local product. They also offer a lot of meal bundles that we didn't get to try this year but we definitely will plan those into our trip next year. Overall the place and staff were absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

My whole family loved it. It was serene and the views were amazing, the yard was great for the kids to play and the house had everything we needed especially the kitchen was fully stocked. We ended up extending our stay and Kim was super responsive. 10/10

As always, Beverly is a fabulous host going above and beyond what is needed. She was concerned for my well being making sure the pathway was shoveled from the snow and that I was warm enough in the arctic chill.

Carrie and her family were absolutely wonderful! I felt comfortable and welcome while staying at their cabin. The view from the cabin porch is breathtaking. Carrie had given us a tour of the barns where we were able to meet her husband and children and all of their wonderful animals. We were introduced to all the barn dogs as well who were so friendly! If you are looking for a place to feel away from it all, while still being close to local towns. This is the place for you. Thank you Carrie and your family for making this stay feel like home. Looking forward to staying again!!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was such a great place and the property itself is great too! I brought my two dogs and they loved it too. There were a lot of hiking trails nearby as well. The place was clean, check in was easy. Jesse is really great at communicating and answering any questions we had. Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay in Delhi at Michelle's place. Michelle very kindly left us fresh eggs and butter and we were close enough to town if we decided to eat at the house. We were in Delhi for a Wedding therefore we did not spend much time at the house but we found it to be very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. Super spacious cabin! Woods-y charm, but comfortable and modern. Truly the most peaceful location in the catskills you could ask for. The best location for hiking in the area, all the most epic trails in the region are literally right down the road. I will definitely consider it again, next time I need a retreat from daily life

Anastasia's cabin is a delight and very cosy. It was a lovely stay and Anastasia was extremely helpful to make it even easier. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy tiny home! While the space was small, it was packed with thoughtful luxuries—like a heated bathroom floor and a heated towel rack, which made our mornings extra comfortable. One of our favorite parts was sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and grilling dinner together. The outdoor yellow couches were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. During our trip, we explored a nearby animal sanctuary and visited a bunch of charming coffee shops in the area, which added to the experience. Another big plus was having access to laundry on-site—super convenient for a longer stay. This place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, charm, and function. Highly recommend

This was our 3rd time at Dryden Brook for our annual family gathering. We have been here in the Summer, Winter and fall and love it there in any season. The home makes you feel welcomed ….the grounds are so peaceful and we love coming here. We take hikes, make a fire, go skiing, play games, fish, explore the nature trails, make snow angels, bike…glaring at the starts etc. I highly recommend this home. House is clean, equipped and rooms are super cozy and welcoming. Davis is extremely friendly and very responsive to all your needs or questions! We look forward to our next stay in 2025!!!!

Another wonderful stay at the midnight cabin! Our time spent there was so peaceful. The house is very clean and the flowers and coffee are such a nice welcome. The property is very private and serene. The dogs always have a great time wandering the property and cooling off in the pond. Scott is always extremely responsive and very nice to deal with! I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Michaels place was absolutely dreamy! just a few minutes from the nearest town but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. The house was so cozy and peaceful, with everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. absolutely recommend staying here, we are already wanting to book our next stay!

Excellent host, we loved the placed. was located within 10 - 15 minutes to Cooperstown All-Star Village. Very private and peaceful, would definitely stay with them again.

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

Best Airbnb in upstate New York hands down. From the design to the park sized private yard, my husband (dogs) and I were so happy there. I never like to return to the same Airbnb because I love variety but I’d come back here again and again.

Five stars all around. The place was great, exactly as advertised, and very cozy for a winter getaway. We love the fireplace and we really loved THE STOVE!! Plan on broiling something just to use the broiler. It's so cool. Thank you Nynene for being a responsive host. You made our Christmas vacation lovely.
