Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access (if you bring your own) and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Nestled on 70 acres of oceanfront property in Rockport, Maine, the cottages at Oakland Seashore are the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, vacation with friends, or a family gathering. Formerly the Oakland Seashore Motel & Cabins, I recently purchased the property and have decided to rent a few of the cottages this summer and fall on a weekly basis. Stonington Harbor Cottage

SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and propane grill. Parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed only, with a 45 lb weight limit, $40 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

The cottage is brand new on 27 acres of land 3 min to Blue Hill Mountain and 5 min to Blue Hill downtown which is right on the water of Blue Hill Bay. This is an edge wood retreat perfect for two to hear birds, squirrels and porcupines. Remember to pick some blueberries when it is in season before the black baby bears down the road eat them all. 3D nature is unfolding right in front of your eyes and Acadia National Park is a 50 min drive from here. Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.

Katy's Seaside Cottage

Katy's Seaside Cottage is a quaint & cozy 2 bedroom cottage, with ocean views. It has a beautiful deck/gazebo where you can sit and watch boats pass by. Enjoy free public access to the ocean anytime with a short walk from the property, a great place to kayak or swim. In the fall enjoy the fall foliage and great hikes on the island or in neighboring areas including Acadia.

Waterfront cottage on quiet Graham lake in the middle of our small working farm. Great spot for quiet relaxation, fishing or kayaking. 2 canoes on the property. Good central location for visiting Bangor, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and Downeast Sunrise ATV Trail. Private setting. Wifi available at the farmhouse.
