With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond. There is communal parking either outside the front door or 10 steps away from it in an off road communal car park. This is free and there are always spaces available. The are 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a dining room/kitchen, living room and bathroom and a rear garden. All rooms have their own desks. Bedding and towels are included. The house benefits from unlimited WIFI. There is a 4K TV with ATMOS sound bar, fully fitted kitchen with tumble drier and washing machine.

The town has loads of good pubs, restaurants and takeouts plus there is a spa shop at the end of the road. For bigger shops there is a large Tesco’s and children’s playground for the kids within a 10 minutes walk. Freshly decorated for the 2021 season!
