Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern. Der flexible Self Check-In war auch sehr einfach zu realisieren. In der Unterkunft selbst hat es an nichts gemangelt, alles was in der Beschreibung genannt wurde, war auch dort zu finden. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, denn ich würde sie bei Gelegenheit selbst auch noch mal buchen. :-)

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Großzügiger Außenbereich und ruhige Nachbarschaft! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und abgeschieden, aber gleichzeitig nicht weit entfernt von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und auf alle unsere Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub sucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Το σπιτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο νησί της Λήμνου. Αρκετά προσεγμένο το εσωτερικό και πολύ όμορφος εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο Γιώργος πολύ κατατοπιστικός και φιλικός. Όταν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Λήμνο ( που θα γίνει σύντομα) θα το προτιμήσουμε.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Harry gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Sonnenaufgang vom Bett/Balkon oder der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Eine wundervolle Gegend, schön und ruhig. Ein Grand Masoutis ist in der Nähe und die Stadt Nea Moudania ist toll für Einkaufsbummel an bewölkten Tagen, wenn man nicht nach Pefkochori oder Kassandria runter fahren will. Es gibt viele Restaurants in nächster Umgebung, zum Beispiel in Nea Potidea und Nea Fokea. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig - alle Möbel sind Massivmöbel, die alle sehr stabil und von höchster Qualität sind. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche riechen frisch und sauber, sogar die Decke vom Sofa. Ich liebe den Duft vom Bad im Erdgeschoss. Kleiner Tip, der Shop AB Vassilopoulos hat die größte Auswahl an Dolce Gusto passenden Kapseln (nicht nur Cappuccino, sondern auch Lungo, Starbucks und Lavazza). Apostolos is a great, responsive host, who met us at the ferry station and accompanied us to the house (2 minutes drive), gave all the different tips and shared all the places to go on the island. The house is a comfy spacious place in an olive grove surrounded by nature. It was very quiet while we were staying there, not very hot, because of the thick walls. We liked it a lot.

Very nice accommodation — private and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the beach and all the great spots in the center. The place has a beautiful yard with a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

New building, new apartment, smartly decorated. It is alittle smaller than we thought. On the description; the apartment capacity is mentioned as max 4 person. I think it can only accomodate 3 adults. Overall, nice neighborhood, walking distance to the center. Free parking and safe. Recommended.

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Flasche Wein und Snacks als Willkommensgruß gratis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Nur das Schloss der Haustür hakt ein wenig.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

A lakás nagyon szépen berendezett, hangulatos, minden igényünket kielégítette. Külön kiemelném a teraszt, amit mindenki szeretett.

Maria was very friendly we spend a few days at this amazing apartment you have everything you need! Everything was in excellent condition. In case you need any help she was always reachable and responded immediately. And the view was obviously amazing !!! Sunrise and Sun downer was stunning !

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

Though small, the apartment was very clean and had what we needed; it would have been nice to have an electric teapot to heat water, vs. heating it on the stove. Everything was very clean; the bed was comfortable. The windows open and they had SCREENS! WiFi was fast and stable - beach boardwalk was nearby (I think that it is a bit farther than stated in the ad, but still easily walkable)

We had a great experience at the apartment. It is an incredibly comfortable place. The bathrooms were very well equipped. The bedrooms were also very well equipped. It felt like home coming back at the end of each day. Location is terrific walking distance to everything including Public Transportation. This is one of the best Airbnb’s. We’ve ever stayed at.
