The Carriage House at Arran Fell Farm

A slice of heaven 7 miles from Cooperstown 16 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park.Immaculate,quiet, peaceful working rescue farm. Come and unwind and sleep in the hammock.Large firepit,outdoor games,animal interaction. Complimentary free range eggs, oj, butter, bagels,cream ,coffee and tea provided. Clean & inviting 1850's renovated farmhouse w/well appointed kitchen, living & dining rooms, 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. Cable TV in all bedrooms & large screen in the living room, wifi throughout the house, gas fireplace in the living room, outdoor fireplace & a big front porch. There is a base price for up to 6 guests & then a $25 per guest per night fee for each additional guest up to the 14.

Brooke & Bow Cabin

Tucked among tall trees and lush ferns, Brooke and Bow is a private woodland retreat full of charm and comfort. The open main floor features a cozy sitting area, pullout couch, full bath, full-size fridge, and a sweet little dining nook. Sliders off the kitchen area lead to a peaceful back deck with a small gas firepit beside a trickling waterfall. Upstairs, the loft offers a dreamy full bed. With Wi-Fi and easy access to I-88, it’s the perfect forest escape. 15 miles to Cooperstown All Star.

With 3 spacious bedrooms and an open-concept design, it’s made for gathering with family, friends, or a solo retreat. Step outside to enjoy peaceful water views. Short drive from Cooperstown Dream Park, All Star Village, Baseball Hall of Fame, state parks and more. In the winter 4 wheel drive is recommended.

Historic Tavern (w/ saltwater hot tub)

Copper top bar in your private tavern/kitchen. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.

Little Green Lake House

Owned and styled by an artist couple with the dream of creating a place for others to escape, reflect, and feel reinvigorated by nature, this rustic lake house sits right on the banks of Summit Lake in the Catskill Mountains. This thoughtfully renovated 1940s cabin is perfect for couples seeking a romantic weekend, small families wanting a restorative break, writers and artists looking for inspiration, or anyone in need of a quiet, peaceful sanctuary.

Al’s Cabin

AVAILABLE MAY 1st THROUGH OCTOBER 31st. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis that is the perfect escape from the daily grind. And with the windows open at night, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the peepers by the pond. Surrounded by five acres of woods, this cabin is my lifelong dream come true and I will be happy to share it with you. Please note that this cabin has not been childproofed. It is not recommended for young children.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. For several hundred years our family has been a part of the Cooperstown community and we look forward to sharing it with you! On over 20 acres of land , you can explore the beautiful landscape of water and woods. Just over the hill from Otsego Lake. Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
