Easy & early check-in, beautiful home & entertaining pool/spa/sauna, looked exactly like the photos and hosts were very kind and quick in response. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! Highly recommend :) Will be coming back.

A Peaceful Paradise: The Perfect Getaway Upon arrival, we were greeted with the delicious smell of fresh bread and freshly cooked Anzac biscuits. It's the little touches that make an experience special, and Paul and Janet have truly mastered it. This property is absolutely stunning! The studio is beautifully appointed with immaculate attention to detail throughout. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect retreat, with private dams, beautiful walking paths, and abundant wildlife—we were delighted to spot kangaroos in the morning and evening. Paul and Janet were exceptional hosts—warm, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating without being intrusive. They've created something truly special here and their passion for providing guests with a memorable experience is evident in every aspect of the property. If you're considering booking this place, don't hesitate—it's an 11/10 experience that you won't forget.

Dennis and Bronwen's place is stunning. I am almost reluctant to give it the review that it deserves so that I can keep it secret. Very spacious, comfortable and a really thoughtful attention to detail, and a positive energy about the place. Proactive, friendly hosts are the icing on the cake. Very highly recommended.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed here and my heart is just so full being able to spend time with my loved one in such a beautiful house in the most beautiful location. The view is perfect, the trees are perfect, the house is comfortable and gorgeous. Having a BBQ, a pool and fireplace just ticks all the boxes. I want to make this my regular holiday home. This was such a cool property in an isolated location but still very close to Hepburn springs. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a big group that had everything you need.

We stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend to celebrate my partner’s birthday and had the most amazing time. The house was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, every detail was thoughtfully considered. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, and we genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were welcoming and made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking another stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Ballarat! The quietness to get away from the city was bliss. The place was clean, plenty of clean towels, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We didn’t really do much cooking, so can’t really comment on the pantry amenities, but had what we needed. The pool and spa were great to keep kids entertained, but given it was Autumn, there were a few leaves in the pool to deal with. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was great, as it was close to shops, cafes, and local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
