One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby
A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village
Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

The Blue Barn
A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The Skyloft, Spratton - home away from home!
Accessed through its own outside door, the Skyloft offers light and spacious, heated first floor accommodation. As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Local country walks, gardens and stately homes.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury
Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The Annexe, Crick village
‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

The Little Barn is a self-contained one bed cottage annexed to a former Victorian farmhouse in the attractive Northamptonshire village of Kilsby. Open plan living with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer/mini oven, toaster and kettle (no hob). Large screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. Double bed, comfy sofa, dining area and en suite shower room. Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex.

The Stable House, Aldaniti - beautiful conversion
The Stable Studios are the recently renovated wooden stables of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. There are three studios; each studio has a spacious double bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room, a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge and sliding doors out onto your own patio with wonderful open views over the local countryside and access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

The Bungalow at Woodcote
The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

This is a well-maintained annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a double bed. It has an ensuite and is equipped with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, iron & hair dryer. Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion
Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
