Cocina y fregadero dentro de la unidad y cada unidad tiene su propia área de cocina en la parte posterior para viand/guarnición, ya que la olla arrocera está dentro de la unidad. El edificio está rodeado de CCTV para mayor seguridad y está muy cerca del ayuntamiento de Panabo y del gimnasio de Panabo y es accesible a hospitales, mercados, centros comerciales, iglesias y otros con 1 viaje en triciclo.
