Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

Lovely place with plenty of space and dog friendly. The hot tub was a great attribute, we all loved it. Finlake is great place, my daughter loves the pool and plenty to do in surrounding areas. Gina is a great host, very quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended and we will look to return in the future.

Loved our stay , was very cosy and pretty place. had everything we needed inside. Hot tub and fire were a bonus. All the animals on the farm were lovely to see. layout was great. greta stay

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Wootten Deer Park and Safari Lodges. The lodge was spotless, beautifully set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable family break. The setting is what really makes it – peaceful, scenic and with the most incredible views of the deer, which made it feel really special. Kylie was a brilliant host – friendly, helpful and clearly cares a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already thinking about when we can come back.

Beautiful stay in a lovely peaceful area. Check in was as easy as it could be and Julie was very responsive with any questions I had. 5 star stay and would definitely recommend and visit again

I cannot recommend coming to the lodge enough. It is in a beautiful location with great links to anywhere in Dartmoor. We had a great time here. The hot tub is a highlight, a gorgeous lit up tub next to a small lake. The hut itself overlooks a wonderful view of the countryside. The cabin is well stocked with utensils equipment and all the essentials you could ever need. 10 out of 10 would go again for sure.

Would highly recommend. The host was very responsive and always on hand if needed. The area is lovely and quiet and the lodge itself was very clean, well equipped and warm/comfortable. You also get access to the ponds, zip line and swing for kids. Hot tub was also a great bonus. I’d say the photos don’t do it justice, the lodge itself is nicer and larger than it looks on the pictures. Also a lovely local pub 20mins walk away (1mile max walk) and coast is only 30mins drive. Would consider returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Pine Lodge. The place was so peaceful and is nestled in gorgeous scenery, with amazing views from the living room window and verandah. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice! It’s a cosy and characterful home - we came in the spring which can be cool and wet, but we were nice and warm indoors here. There are some beautiful walks right on the doorstep and we really enjoyed exploring the landscape. This would be the perfect place to take yourself off to if you wanted to sit and write uninterrupted with inspiring views and nature all around! Clare is a friendly and helpful host and we received a warm welcome, with a cream tea waiting for us on arrival. We don’t drive but had no problem getting a taxi from the station at Newton Abbot at the start and end of our stay.

An absolute idyll! and very enchantingly stylish indeed. The place is exquisitely decorated and absolutely immaculate. An fabulous gem of a place. I will be back.

As we were staying for 2 nights to attend a convention in Kenford, the cabin was perfect for our needs. Lovely and quiet and a well thought out conversion. Exactly what we needed.

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

Lovely peaceful and private location! We had a great short break . Plenty of things to do nearby. Cabin was clean, warm and homely.

We spent a long weekend at Longhouse Lodge and loved everything about it. Communication was great and Molly was extremely responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and the lodge was spotlessly clean on arrival. The lodge is spacious and comfortably accommodated four adults. The garden was beautiful and being enclosed was perfect for out dogs. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Piglets Retreat and would definitely stay again if we were looking to return to Budleigh Salterton or one of the surrounding areas. The cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated and the host put thoughtful touches into the apartment and our stay, such as with homemade scones, jam and cream as well as a full basket of wood for the log burner. The bed was so comfortable and the cabin was super private - all admit private surroundings. Plus, it is very well situated i.e. Exmouth and Sidmouth nearby. Just beautiful and just what we needed. Thank you so much to the host!

Had a lovely few days getaway. Shepherds hut was cozy with a lovely little patio. The bed was really comfortable and the accommodation had everything as described in the listing. David & Jan were great hosts. Responded to all messages and queries really quickly. Flexible and relaxed check in and out. Nice friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will be stopping again in the future.

Absolutely phenomenal lodge set in a beautiful and serene environment. Quite literally the perfect getaway for some R&R. Jamie and Phil were fantastic hosts - both very welcoming, personable and responsive to any queries. Would recommend without a second thought.

I had such a friendly welcome from Rachel, with everything that I needed set up and ready to go. And even though the pod felt very private, and away from it all, I also felt very safe, especially as I was alone. Incredibly peaceful, and perfect for a break away from the real world.

Our stay at the Heavitree Hideaway was wonderful. The interiors were lovely, the space was cosy and surrounding area was beautiful. We were given loads of great recommendations, and absolutely loved our little weekend getaway. I would highly recommend booking this lovely accommodation!

What a magical place - the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. The views were fantastic over the sea and fields - can’t recommend highly enough
