동탄역 연결되어 있어 교통 편하고, 백화점 건물 윗층이라 카페 레스토랑 등 편의시설 훌륭해요. 여름에도 숙소까지 동선에 에어컨 연결돼 있어 시원하고요. 위치좋아 매번 이곳 건물로 휴가 오는데 엘스테이 호스트님은 그중 제일 세심하게 배려해 주시고 친절하셨어요. 따뜻한 마음과 배려에 내집처럼 편히 쉬다갑니다. 감사합니다!

고려대역에서 가깝고 매우 깨끗했어요 호스트분들도 친절하시고 응답도 빠르셨어요 벌써 두번째 오는건데 다음에 서울가면 또 여기로 가려고요

Appartement très bien situé. A seulement 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro. A 2/3 minutes du gs25. Appartement très confortable avec une facilité d’accès. Les restaurants a proximité sont très bon et à un prix très raisonnable. Je recommande vivement. L’hôte est très réactif au moindre questions. Super séjour.

결혼식때문에 지방에서 올라오는 혼주식구수가 많아서 에어비엔비로 이용했습니다. 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 숙소 너무 깨끗하고 편하고 운영하시는 사모님이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 서울로 접근성도 매우 용이했습니다.

호스트님 정말 친절하시고 집이 깨끗하고 지내기 정말 편했습니다. 중장기 숙박으로 최고인 숙소입니다. 곳곳에 수납공간이 많아서 집이 깨끗한 상태로 작업에 집중하기 정말 좋았습니다. 추석 앞뒤로 혼자만의 공간이 필요했는데 흠 잡을 곳이 없었어요. 인테리어나 수납 꿀팁도 배워가실 수 있으세요! ㅋㅋ 압구정로데오 쪽 맛집 배달 받을 수 있고 한강 및 오솔길 걸으면서 힐링도 가능합니다 ㅎㅎ 주차도 편하게 했구요. 경비아저씨도 무척 친절하세요. 원하시는 날짜에 예약이 열려있다면 진심 주저마시고 예약 고고하시는 것 추천합니다. 아침에 일어나서 들어오는 햇살과 푸른하늘 그리울 것 같습니다! 😊

Very convenient location, comfortable beds. Has all the amenities a traveler would need. Be mindful of the shower wand placement or water will go outside the bathroom. For Americans, the dryer function takes 3x longer than at home so allow a min of 3.5 hrs for the dryer.

너무 친철한 호스트님 덕분에 내집같이 편안히 지내다 갑니다 자상하시고 넘 좋으셔서 기분좋게 머물다 갑니다 주변에 맛집들도 많고 걸어서 다니기에 좋은 위치에 있습니다 재방문 의사 있습니다

엄마 생신겸 가족들과 갔는데 다들 만족했어요 처음엔 1층과 2,3 층이 분리되어있어 당황했는데 코고는 남자들과 따로자니 고요하고 좋았네요~ 식기도 넉넉했고~ 아이들은 보드게임이며 책이며 놀거리가 많아서 심심할틈 없었네요~ 잘 놀다왔어요

The apartment was just as listed. Clean, easy to get to, and well maintained. However, I do want to add a few items that are good to know for future visitors: 1) The beds are very firm so for someone like me who previously had back surgery; I woke with a fair amount of pain 2) The keypad on the front door can be tricky to turn on (it's possible the battery may have been dying and caused my issues but I had to mess with it for a bit to finally get the screen to populate the keypad) 3) It is on the third floor and there is no elevator (as posted) but be cautious. These are not normal steps. They are steep, they are uneven. The rise between steps fluctuates. So if you are traveling this younger children or bulky baby gear (we are) or anyone who may be unstable in anyway this could pose extra risk. Why am I still leaving five stars? 1) The space is clean! 2) The area is amazing! Walkability was fantastic. 3) The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Una muy linda experiencia en este alojamiento, ideal para familias o viaje con amigos y moverse en transporte público es muy fácil desde este lugar. Nos encanto el espacio dentro del departamento muy amplio y cómodo. Sin duda volvería a reservarlo si tuviera que volver.

가격좋고 여러모로 좋습니다. 치악산 등산위해 방문했는데 이정도 숙소면 아주 충분하게 좋네요.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, including the subway, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Host speaks English well and is exceptionally helpful. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Shinki, for making our time in Korea so pleasant.

Jay’s home is located near Mt. Dobong, one of Seoul’s most scenic and popular hiking destinations. The house is conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from both Subway Line 1 and Line 7 stations. We stayed at Jay’s house as a family of five — two young children, a grandmother, and a couple. The home was very comfortable and made our time in Korea truly special. Jay was always kind and quick to respond. Thank you so much!

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
