Orchard Hill Vintage Cottage

Come enjoy this magnificent view in Saluda! Relax in the swings or sit on the porch and enjoy the peacefulness. The fire pit under the stars is so Saludacrous! Our cozy cottage is just steps from Judds Peak and 2 miles from downtown, where there is always food and fun! The Gorge Zipline is located in our quaint little town and the Green River has hiking, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! The towns of Hendersonville, Flat Rock and Asheville are just minutes away.

Our brand new tiny house is in the wonderful community of Simple Life Village. We purchased this little gem because of the fascination we’ve had with downsizing, simplifying and embracing life. Sundance Cottage is everything but bare bones, it has full size appliances, quartz countertops, TV and WiFi and a cozy inviting feel. Nestled in the village of Flat Rock, 10 minutes from Hendersonville, you will never be short of things to do, from hiking and biking to exploring historic sites.

A cozy stone home with an artistic flair and a hassle free checkout, Geode Cottage is in a neighborhood 1.2 miles from the interstate and 2 miles from downtown Hendersonville. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, the cottage invites parties of up to 6 people and pets ($30/pet). Perfect for a romantic or solo getaway, a sight-seeing trip, or just passing through! This 360 square foot tiny home feels spacious and is convenient with the one story floor plan, high ceilings, natural light, and basic amenities for your stay. There is NOT a TV but there is high speed WiFi is for use on your own device! Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the beautiful farm!

Tranquil woodland ‘n fast Wi-fi

Secluded mountain escape with blazing fast WIFI (gigabit fiber optic). I've been personally building this studio for 2 years, and can’t wait to share my vision and hard work with you. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.

Enjoy all the outdoor adventures Asheville has to offer while staying in the Scandinavian-styled tiny house situated on 50 acres of farmland and forest. Directly across the French Broad River from Sierra Nevada Brewing and just 15 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the farm while roasting marshmallows and enjoying a glass of wine on your private deck.

Lovely and independent lower level apartment in a split level house, located in a peaceful end street, 10 minutes from Downtown Hendersonville and 30 minutes from Asheville. This is a great space for 2 or 3 guests, with a full kitchen and bath, living room and laundry room. Please note that my wife and I live upstairs.
