Our stay at Bubis Nest was amazing. The location is peaceful, you’re fully immersed in nature, I’m sure there is no where else like it on Culebra. It was beautifully surrounded by plants, wildlife, starry skies and the VIEWS !! Our stay exceeded expectations and we would go back, however one should think of it like amazing glamping and prepare accordingly. The communal kitchen is right across from the rental which is convenient. Bring everything you will need to cook (including paper towels, oil, food wrap to cover leftovers etc). The space is very, very small with no storage. We had two small suitcases and they took up the entire room. Rolling the suitcases from the parking area was also a schlep. The bathroom has a wonderful rainfall shower head but it does get everything including the floor wet after using the shower. It will dry by morning. The hill that Bubis nest sits on is its key benefit, the VIEW!! But it is STEEP 🫣 you 100% need a jeep, and arrive before dark.

This was exactly what was pictured. There was a lot of space. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The A/C and water worked great! It was nice to have the outside shower to remove sand from feet and sandals and other things. The outside deck was better than expected. From the pictures we thought it might not be the best, but it was a great view and peaceful. Location was great being on a dead end street there was hardly any traffic out front. Great central location to get to any of the beaches. The beds were comfortable. Herman was a great host. We would definitely go back and stay at Herman's place again!

As everyone says, it is a climb up the hill on a 4x4 but once at the top there is a great view looking down at the harbor and across the island. That is certainly the highlight of this stay. We mostly hung out and ate outside on the covered porch. The upstairs is a loft with both beds, so no privacy, but plenty of room. The stairs are bit steep and winding and I think you might have to duck your head a little (I'm 6 ft). This wasn't a problem for us, but might be a concern for others. We ate dinners out, so the kitchen was fine for us, but not really set-up for cooking a full dinner. The area was quiet; no nearby morning roosters during our stay. Everyone in the family really enjoyed staying here and we'd happily stay here again.

I have been traveling to Culebra for over 25 years and have stayed in many, many places. Graciela’s place is truly a little piece of paradise. We were looking for a private spot that my husband and I could decompress, and her place was perfect. It is extremely private containing everything you might need for your stay. We cooked, we kayaked, we snorkeled, swam…and with our Jeep we also visited our favorite places in the island. Graciela and Felix were a treasure and I’m looking forward to coming back.

We chose this place because our friend stayed here and loved it. It was everything we hoped it would be. Though we didn't see many people walking, the lodge is only a 7 minute walk (well, hike...it is on a hill) from the ferry terminal. The view is stunning and the lodge is comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

Amelia’s Villa was amazing, beautiful surroundings, bay view and just perfect to get away and relax. Ideal for couples that want to explore Culebra and find what it has to offer. Thank you for hosting us and making our little spring break getaway better than expected.

We had a wonderful time in Culebra celebrating a girls Birthday weekend and this home was the perfect setting for our party of 6: so clean, comfortable, and well appointed to our needs. And the views!!!! The location feels secluded, but you’re actually close to town. You must have 4x4 wheels to climb up the steep driveway. Shoutout to our sweet resident rooster that kept us company, but most of all to our generous hosts who tended to our needs every step of the way. Thanks so much Dan, Kelly, and team. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Just an incredible place, with relaxing patio and a very short walk to the beach. It really wasn’t full at all at the beach and there was plenty of room. There are kiosks with restaurants and bars nearby, about 1/4 mile walk down the beach, though hours may vary. You can also order delivery from a very good taco restaurant, just expect it’s a little pricey. Otherwise, you better have transportation or you’ll need to stock up and bring your own groceries when you arrive. For a quiet remote place you then must expect less convenience for those kinds of things and be prepared. The taxi services provided by Airbnb were excellent and pick up/drop off from ferry right to the resort. Water and beach were as clear and clean as could be. Perfect for families. Place was clean too and the bathroom was very spacious surprisingly. The space is packed in tight so don’t expect too much privacy from surrounding resorts dwellers out on their patio or walking by.
