Extremely clean, comfortable and private, close to the beach and other tourist attractions. Incredible amenities all throughout the house, the kitchen is fully equipped and the outside grill is great. The only thing that would have made the spot better would be if the outside jacuzzi had hot water. Other than that an amazing spot to stay

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

We had a great stay in Rincón! The house was quaint, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after long days in the sun. While the pool was a bit smaller than expected, it was absolutely perfect during the hottest parts of the day. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and nearby excursions. Having a rental car was definitely helpful for exploring the area and checking out other local beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

The view was stunning and the place was perfect for our stay

Our family has been traveling to Rincon for years and this was by far the best spot yet! The pictures can’t quite capture how unbelievably beautiful this home is. We have young kids and Lala Beach is our favorite. This home is essentially Lala Beach and being able to set-up for the day just steps away was such a huge energy saver and made each day that much more relaxing. The beach is calm and it felt super private - some of the best swimming on the island! And the beds were SO comfortable, yes! The house, including the kitchen, are fully stocked and we had everything we needed for fun in the sun. There was an island-wide power outage but since this house is solar powered we barely noticed and continued to have a great trip. Our host, Janet, was kind, responsive and accommodating. We truly couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to return!

We loved Arlene's place for the good beds, and the large kitchen as well as the convenient location. Yes, its got a few issues that we needed to deal with such as the surprise of not being able to flush the toilet paper and the fact that there is not hot water on the sink area, but that a cultural difference that I can be easily overlooked with so many other pluses! She was so responsive and provided missing kitchen items immediately when asked. I love the flow of the house and go great sleep there. The roosters and the barking dogs are a given here. Yes, do stay here! It is great!

We loved staying here for two nights, wish we could have stayed longer! Thankful that they had a generator for the island-wide blackout. The space is well designed and thoughtfully put together. They provided everything you would need for the beach which we appreciated. If in Rincon, would highly recommend their place!

It was beautiful , the pool was great the room was clean the view was amazing ! Close to the center of town. We borrowed some beach equipment which was great !

We had a wonderful stay at José's place! It was exactly as described, clean and welcoming upon arrival, and all check-in instructions were very clear. José communicated well with us before and during our stay. The location is excellent for walking to the beach, nearby restaurants/bars/shops, and Rincon Art Walk. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable - we slept wonderfully. Likewise, the AC and ceiling fans worked perfectly and, even while only running both while we were home and turning them off while out - we were always perfectly cool. For the price, you can't beat José's place!

The place is stunning and peaceful. The view is breathtaking and walking around the grounds you feel transported to a different place. The pool was a great amenity in the hot afternoons. David, the owner was very friendly and nice to chat with and has interesting stories of how the place came to be. What a great place to disconnect, relax and forget the world. I stayed for 1 night and i wish i would have booked for more days. It’s perfectly located, just a short walk from plaza and many restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to El faro and nearby beaches. This apartment was very clean had everything you could need. Highly recommend!

Nereida was an excellent host - communicative and helpful. When I needed somewhere to take a work call after my check out time, she offered a solution. The place was in a primo location - 4 minute walk from the Marina beach and about an 8 minute walk from town. WiFi was great and having beach towels, beach chairs, and a hammock was awesome. We love staying at The Boarding House Rincon! This was our second stay in the Avocado apartment and we hope to stay here again on our next trip to Rincon. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious! The ocean views from the living room, bathroom and one of the bedrooms are beautiful ! The beds are super comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchen so we didn’t need to eat out all the time. The Boarding House has solar energy which is a major plus in Puerto Rico! Our favorite part of The Boarding House is the large rooftop deck overlooking the ocean! The views are great and the set up is so comfortable! Vanessa is a wonderful host! We can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip! Thanks again!

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

A magical stay! Victoria del Mar in Rincón is a dream—just steps from Corcega Beach with stunning ocean views from the 4th floor. Despite a sudden island-wide blackout, our host Geselle went above and beyond. She quickly relocated us to another of her solar-powered apartments for the first night, ensuring we had everything we needed. The next day, she honored our request to return to the original condo so we could enjoy its sea breeze and incredible view. Even without power, the space stayed fresh and relaxing. Power returned around 2:30 a.m., but honestly, the peaceful vibe made it all worthwhile. Geselle was outstanding—kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to our comfort. She checked in often, offered towels, and made us feel cared for the entire time. Her attention to detail and warmth made all the difference. This condo is a true hidden gem, and Geselle is a 5-star host in every way. We’re already planning to come back!

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

Belle vue. Magnifique plage tranquille à quelques pas. À 10 min de marche de la plaza Rincon. Bons restes et belle ambiance.

Rent with Joshua!! The unit was better than advertised. Super clean. Gorgeous views. The outside shower and pool are great features after a long day in the ocean. The little beach right on the property is great as well!! The unit is 10-15 minutes from downtown Rincon and all major beaches. Joshua left very detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. He is extremely responsive with any questions. We loved the beach/surf Rincon vibes after a few days on the east side of the island. We are already discussing our return trip. Great value here. Don't miss!!
