We have had a fantastic few days away celebrating my birthday. The cottage is beautiful with everything you need. Comfy bed & sofa & the hot tub was fabulous! We will definitely be back

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

This is SUCH a lovely place to stay! Nigel has put in amazing touches in the air bnb that makes you feel right at home! The amenities in the air bnb were 10/10, and the place itself is so clean and airy - the location is superb too, it’s so lovely to sit out in the hot tub and listen to the nature around in the evening sun! Nigel was also such a helpful host, and replied quickly to our questions and was on hand if we needed anything! Definitely recommend here if you want a relaxing break! Thank you again!

We had a lovely stay. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Good amenities and a beautful setting to relax after a day of exploring and surfing. Great location, walkable to the village and beach. Anne Marie was friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. Would recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay at the Honeysuckle cottage.Helen and Jonathan went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a lovely cottage with all the amenities you could ask for . Walking in to find homemade scones and jam, fresh eggs and freshly baked bread was a treat!! The cottage is in a great location and we found it quiet and peaceful.The hot tub was private and clean. Having a private garden made it easy to manage our dog as well. We have stayed in multiple air bnbs before, this one was special and we will definitely come back! A brilliant stay in sues lodge. It’s so close to the beach! It was such an added extra to have a hot tub and the lodge was beautifully clean.

Sue & Crispin have created a wonderful and welcoming place. The cottage is charming and quirky, with the cosiness you want from a country escape but with all the modern amenities you could wish for. the garden is stunning and never ending with woods, huts and ponds to discover. very thoughtful hosts with an attention to detail and very happy to assist with whatever is needed. thank you for such a lovely stay.

We had a lovely weekend at Kaye and Richard’s little retreat. Welcoming and helpful during our stay. Area and lodge peaceful and relaxing. We followed one of Kaye’s itineries one day and had a great time. Would definitely return

Perfect cottage, host really helpful and friendly. Cottage was well equipped, everything we needed. Great location, village itself lovely, community shop had all essentials and pub was friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend.

Owl barn was absolutely amazing beautifully decorated all appliances and furnishings you’ll ever need the views from the rear were stunning with the fields and free roaming ponies and sheep right outside the back door. The games room kept our 2 teenager girls occupied which was great for us! Alex was the perfect host couldn’t do enough for us was always on hand if we needed anything. Even took out 2 girls out in the morning with her to attend to the animals which they loved. If I could more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommend this cottage and host

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

What a gem of a place. Tranquil, lovely views from the bedroom, cosy cottage with a relaxing modern feel to it. Thankful that Chris/Freya could accommodate at the last minute, as we booked the night before quite late. We had a lovely surprise when we arrived, to find out a few lambs were resting in the small barn next to our garden patio with their mamas before they could be released into the field. It was such a highlight seeing the lambs jump around and stretch their legs as we sipped our coffees in the morning. Great location, approx 40min drive to Heddon Valley (we did a 24km run/hike from Heddon to Combe Martin, with a stop and looped back), and it's a 12min drive to Withypool if you want to do a big circular loop approx 12km to the Tarr Steps and back. You will have suggestions of places to visit in the welcome pack and a mal on the wall. The cottage comes with all the kitchen appliances you need. We also got to purchase some fresh eggs too, tasty! A perfect short weekend stay :)

Amazing location at heart of Braunton, had everything we needed for an adventure stay in Devon. Near great surf, good restaurants and still everything at home that you need to bbq great produce in a sun trap garden. Would definitely come again!

We had such a lovely few days stay at the cottage. It was a great place to have lazy rainy mornings and cosy nights next to the fire. Everything about this place is wonderful. From the size of the rooms, the decor and the location. You feel very at home and its great to explore the lovely beaches and villages. We will definitely stay again. Alex is a great host. Bramble Cottage was the perfect stay for me and my friends (and my dog!). It’s such a beautiful location and the cottage itself is so cute. I loved being so close to the farm animals. Inside, the space was immaculate and it had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the living room, which was super spacious and comfortable. Thank you for our visit, Sarah!

The beds here are amazing! Blackout blinds in the room made sure everyone had a good sleep. We had a toddler with us and a stair gate was provided for the steep steps to keep her safe. I would say that the garden isn’t particularly toddler safe due to more steep steps, so we couldn’t really use it. However this wasn’t a problem as the house is so ideally located with hundreds of beautiful places on your doorstop

Our stay at Putsborough Manor Cottage was lovely and just what we needed! Visiting in November, we knew that a lot of the towns would be closed for the winter but the cottage had everything we needed for cosy nights in!!! Smart TV and a roaring fire, what else do you want?! Visited some local restaurants, as recommended by the owner, the local beaches, nearby towns and enjoyed some down time in the cottage. The cottage is exactly as described and just as pretty as the pictures!! Super comfy bed and a shock to come back home to a double 😉, very well equipped kitchen and lovely & clean throughout. Couple of issues with the Internet dropping out but not a huge problem & Jon was very quick to come back to us. We will definitely be staying again!

It was honestly the best get away me and my husband had, sally was so friendly, always responded almost instantly and it was so clean, I was trying to figure out the stove so I messaged sally and she came right over and shown us how to use it, she was amazing and was easy to speak too! Thank you so much!

A lovely quiet place to stay. Lilac cottage is charming and clean, with very comfortable beds. The private garden to the cottage is a nice feature. The shared swimming pool was beautifully warm. The location of Court Farm suited us very well - a rural feel but a relatively short drive to Bude town centre and its beaches, or to Widemouth Bay coastline. We didn't go in but the pub opposite Court Farm was lively on the Friday night of our arrival (live music). It was, however, very quiet throughout the rest of our 5 night stay. Excellent communication all the way through from Court Farm Holidays!

We had a fantastic 10 days at the cottage, it’s a great place for a base for beaches and things to do in the local area. The cottage was spotless and a lovely little welcome package was a nice touch that we didn’t expect. Rooms were spacious and lovely views of the countryside from the garden. Plus great extra facilities in the bbq and surf boards that we was able to use too. If you are looking for a place to stay I couldn’t recommend this anymore and will hopefully be visiting again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten’s place. It is a very nice lodge/cottage with plenty of space for four, although there was only the two of us. It’s conveniently located to explore north Devon. We really enjoyed cycling the Tarka Trail which is traffic free. Kirsten was very responsive and provided all the information required for our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely Bideford cottage. Beds were super comfy, spotless and clean, and had everything we needed. Fully kitted kitchen. The cottage was so cosy and felt at home. The host was incredibly responsive, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. Plus, it's a great base for visiting so many places. Highly recommend. To Sylvia,thank you so so much for making sure we are comfortable and warm. We loved every minute of our stay,left your Cottage with memories for life. Many thanks Sammy & Family

Had a wonderful stay. Nicola is a wonderful, warm and friendly host and was incredibly thourghful and helpful. The cottage is just stunning - in terms of facilities, location and design. By far the nicest place we have stayed at. such a beautiful cottage with every necessity available. Spacious, clean, very dog friendly :-) We loved every minute of our stay and would 100% return again.
