Awesome place! Darius and Sydne were amazing hosts. They responded quickly to any messages sent. The house was immaculate. Very clean. Spacious both inside and in the back patio area. We would definitely stay at this location again!!!!!!

great place, and super friendly host! Minor things like a spider in the master bedroom's bathroom, a roach in the master bedroom (killed), and a gnat that kept pestering me as I slept. all the doors were closed unless entering or exiting so they were either in there before, we got there, or there's some sealing issue. We also had checkout on Tuesday at 10:00AM, but someone came by and opened the deadbolt to enter on Monday because they had the dates mixed up, which was scary as I was expecting no one at the time and wasn't fully dressed. also, small issue, the wifi didn't work when we got there for the first few days, so I had contacted Megan for permission to just reset it which thankfully worked. HOWEVER, Megan was a super friendly person, and super understanding of any issues we may have has. She has the whole house super clean, beds made, clean/empty fridge, pots and pans, seasonings. clean dishes with a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer with supplies! all and all, 9/10 visit!

This place exceeded my expectations! Being able to use that outdoor bathtub was worth the price to me!!!! Major life goal activated! There were so many details that made this place special. The decoration with the nickels was such a neat touch!!! They brought me bath salts to use in the tub, which smelled amazing! Seeing the horses outside the window and the other animals was so cool! The bed was really comfortable! My oldest son went straight to the fishing poles! Hopefully both of my kids will have great memories years to come from our stay here because I know I will!!!! I could honestly write pages & pages about how wonderful this place was and I’d be willing to drive all the way back to Mississippi just to stay here again! My dog Khaleesi loved it as well— I forgot my Tervis in the fridge so had to drive back & when my dog saw we were back at the farm, she got so excited. The record player was a great addition and my youngest had a lot of fun listening to different records!

Wow! What a beautiful room to spend our wedding night in! Just steps from the reception hall. Owner was so incredibly nice!

Cheri and Bill were the nicest people and hosts! They were very friendly, and treated us like family. We feel that we have made new friends and will definitely be back. We enjoyed a bonfire together, they entertained our kids, and they took us out on the lake in their boat for a sunset cruise and showed us the sites. The house was clean, well stocked, and beautiful - we enjoyed it greatly. They went over and above to make us feel welcome and at home. We caught a lot of catfish on the pier, too! We highly recommend this family-friendly place. Thank you for hosting us and being so great!

We had an excellent stay. Laura and John were extremely nice and hospitable. The home is very lovely and clean. Beautiful view!! Would definitely stay there again!

The cabin was exactly as shown and worth every penny. We were looking for a private, relaxing location following 3 days at a conference in Memphis and we got exactly what we needed The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. The view from screened in porch was wonderful and we enjoyed all the wildlife that came with it. We probably spent all our time out there, since the weather was still very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the cabin and would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
