Thank you Sandra for a wonderful stay. We had the most peaceful weekend at your beautiful cottage, what a treat to see the Spring lambs in the field opposite! We loved the hottub and the garden space especially, and the very quick wander to the local village shops and pubs.

Really enjoyed our weekend away, great communication from the start. Quite and quirky cottage, so peaceful even though it's on a road, this wasn't a problem for us.. The hot tub was amazing.. A great extra to the weekend...☺️☺️

We had a wonderful stay at The Granary. The setting is exceptional and you feel like you’re in a historic hamlet in the middle of beautiful, peaceful countryside. The hosts were great, leaving us to our own devices but on hand and responsive if needed. The Granary has been expertly restored as have the other historical buildings on site and the grounds are beautifully presented. We had everything we needed in the property. We would highly recommend booking a stay. Don’t forget your swim wear - the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic!

We had a wonderful week at Easter at Cooden Cottage. Ella was amazing and even helped us find a lost dog! The house is spotless, and beyond our expectations. The flow of the downstairs through to an amazing kitchen, conservatory and completely fenced garden was perfect for us and our two large dogs and we had several family get togethers in the garden, surrounded by greenery. The beds, bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent with plenty is space. We met Ella twice and it is clear that she is passionate about giving her guests a really special experience, from thoughtful touches to all rooms to a lovely welcome pack. While there, she wants her guests to feel that it is space and she completely achieved that. We felt at home and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We stayed for 4 nights in April 2025, 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 13). Fabulous stay, the cottage is lovely and tucked away from the road. The hot tub was a big hit and made the stay that little bit more amazing! Excellent host and a lovely cottage, we will be back.

We had a lovely stay for our mini moon with our dog. The cottage was beautiful and peaceful with everything we needed. The hot tub was on and ready for when we got there and we were even given fresh bread and eggs for breakfast. Even though the owners lived right next door we were left to enjoy our stay with no disruptions. The location was ideal with amazing walks nearby and plenty of pubs within a short distance. We can’t recommend this cottage enough. Thank you so much for having us.

Great stay. Everything was clean and would highly recommend. Clare was a great host being responsive and made sure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We loved watching the ducks. We would also highly recommend the lovely walk over to the cider tap for dinner.

Excellent holiday cottage set in idyllic surroundings, each facillity Within the cottage were as described and we felt imeediately comfortable! Local restaurants were excellent so much so we eat out all week, so very well satisfied all round My contact at beachy head estate office (evie) was excellent in Handling our enquiries before and during our stwy, so Evie take a bow for a job well done

An absolutely beautiful setting to escape from every day life and connect with nature. So peaceful and tranquil, we felt like we could have been anywhere in the world. And a wonderful reflexology treatment really topped off the stay too.

It was such a lovely stay at Lucy and Nick! Everything was perfect and all the family so lovely and welcoming. The cottage, the surroundings, the animals, the region, .. I will come back soon for sure!

Clair's cottage was beautiful and radiated the love she clearly puts into it. There was a lovely basket of goodies and breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and cereal which was enormously helpful. There were so many lovely touches - things in the bathroom should you have forgotten anything for instance. Clair was incredibly helpful with parking, times to check in and out etc. It was a shame we were only there for one night but we will definitely be back for a longer stay.

A bijou, charming retreat with a lovely garden to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. We chose Elm Cottage due to its proximity to Goodwood Aerodrome where my husband was doing a Top Gun Experience. Perfectly located for his event. The Welcome Pack for us (and our pooch!) and fresh flowers were a nice touch. A lovely stay.

An absolutely perfect spot for a peaceful few nights and an ideal base for visiting the wonderful gardens in the area. The cottage was cosy and well appointed with two very spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a lovely sitting out area. Esme was helpful and quick to respond. I would wholeheartedly recommend Birchford Cottage.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

Beautiful chocolate-box cottage I've admired for years! Very comfortable, great amenities, near the Downs for walking or easy drives to nearby Lewes, Eastbourne, Brighton or surrounding villages. Or, like me, you could just relax and enjoy the cosy cottage itself!

It’s honestly the first place we’ve stayed at I Reigate that felt homely and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The entire place feels warm. Well done David

Sociana is a beautiful soul, we are very blessed to have met her and privileged to stay on her property. This is truly an amazing place with a secret history. But you just have to stay there and let Sociana tell you about tgat. Super highly recommended.❤️

Stayed at the accommodation while we attended a nearby wedding so location was perfect for us. The house was very well kept with a lovely outdoor space in the courtyard. Marion was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Booked to stay at Jane’s beautiful cottage for nearly a month, due to a water leak making my home not safe to live in. From the first enquiry, Jane has been amazing, she is so reassuring, friendly, welcoming and proactive. She really helped to ease me in this difficult time. The property is exactly as described on her page and it’s safe to say it is certainly a home from home. It had all the amenities I needed to live as I would at home, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the living room cosy and the garden is gorgeous for when the sun is shining. Plenty of parking for our cars and even more reassurance being behind a private gate too. Even my dog settled into this property quickly and made herself at home! Although I didn’t need them, it was nice to see a selection of local guides, booklets and maps in the cottage for those not familiar with the area. I can’t recommend Jane and her cottage enough, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to stay to anyone visiting the area!

This place is so handy for the airport and Christine works hard to help you feel looked after, including ordering a taxi and other advice. It's very clean and there's simple breakfast provided. Comfortable beds! And the parking is a godsend.

The cottage was a real home from home. Really important for us as we had to stay for two months whilst work was being done on our house. It was warm (essential in January and February), cosy, comfortable and extremely well equipped. John and Jane were thoughtful and helpful. After a very stressful few months we were able to relax and enjoy our extended holiday.

We had a excellent stay at Moatside Cottage. The location was beautiful, the cottage calm and peaceful, and very comfortable. It was also well equipped and we loved all the attentions (We used the guide for our walk at Devil's Dyke, played board games with the children,...!). We regret that we didn't have the time to attend the open gardens on Sunday, maybe next time. Thank you very much!

We felt so lucky to find somewhere affordable and which added so much to our trip instead of just enabling it. The orchard Infront of the house was in blossom when we stayed but would be a delightful space all year round. The space felt private and the birdsong was a wonderful slow wake up call. Thank you so much, we'd love to return when possible.
