Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Dairy Cottage is set in a peaceful, rural location only 2 hours drive from London and approx 45 mins to the North Norfolk Coast, offering access to Wells, Burnham Market, Holkham, Hunstanton, Sheringham, Cromer, Holt etc. Also within easy reach are the beautifully picturesque Norfolk Broads and the historic cities of Norwich and Cambridge. This comfortable 17th Century holiday home was the former dairy to the adjoining farmhouse. Ideal for business stays with Wi-Fi, ample workspace and parking.

This stylish cottage has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Paddock View

Paddock view is located on a working equestrian property. On the outskirts of a small village located between popular towns like Downham Market, Kings Lynn and Swaffham. Also with the chance of occasional plane spotting as we are not far from RAF Marham. The Flat is self contained and well equipped with access only via stairs with Shower room/ toilet downstairs . Please be aware as this is on an equestrian property there will be horses and other animals on site.

The Stables is situated in the grounds of Home Farm, Merton, directly on the Peddars Way Footpath. Just 2 miles from Watton Town Centre this is a perfect location for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk. We are just 22 miles from Norwich, around 30 miles from the North Norfolk Coast and 22miles from Bury St Edmunds.

Warren Lodge Barn - Eco-friendly Barn Conversion

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.

The Forest House

Your home away from home! The Forest House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath fully-furnished detached house, located adjacent to the renowned Thetford Forest. The forest includes walking paths, bridleways, and bike trails throughout. The property boasts a home gym, 96-jet 6 person hot tub, 1 Gigabit speed WiFi, and two free parking spaces. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the town center, and many shops are nearby.

A Duke's spectacular grand folly -The Temple

Majestically commanding an elevated position in the heart of the expansive Euston Hall Estate, of serene grandeur the Temple is an escape above and far from the madding crowd. This spectacular folly was originally built as a banqueting house for the 2nd Duke of Grafton in 1746 and still affords breathtaking views over the unspoilt Capabilty Brown designed parklands and gardens of one of the country’s great estates.
