My overall experience with my stay at Hatty’s Rooms on Railway was absolutely excellent. The entire living space was beautiful, peaceful and very spacious. I felt very welcomed when I first walked into the space as it felt like a home away from home. Thank you Hatty and Rick for everything! You guys went above an beyond and I’ll definitely be coming ba k to stay again at their location.

I really enjoyed my stay! The studio space had everything I needed for a weekend stay. A few breakfast items were supplied which was a pleasant surprise. It was nice and tidy just like the pictures shown in the listing. And the view from the yard was even better in real life!

Serene stay on Salt Spring. Cozy and comfortable. Able to work from the room most days, and also walkable to cafes for working as well. Really nice forest walks and town walks within the vicinity.

Place was clean and private and host was responsive and helpful. Parking available. I'd visit again!

Very comfortable spot convenient to walk to restaurants and pathways and also quick to the highway. Entrance and stairwell not super inviting but once inside the unit, it is great. Remember to bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower, as well as a blow dryer if you use one. Extremely quiet and private. I was solo for eleven days and it suited me perfectly.

It was a pleasure to stay in such an amazing and beautiful place. The property is literally right on the beach, offering an incredible view of the lake and surrounded by forest. There are plenty of activities available: brand-new kayaks, swimming in the lake, hiking, basketball, tennis, and more. Shops are within walking distance. Everything was perfect, especially the friendly, home-like hosting. The property has everything you could need — and even more! We will definitely come back in the summer!! Excellent place!

We had a nice stay of three weeks at this Airbnb. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Victoria as well as close to stunning hiking trails. The place was very clean. We liked that it had a large TV in the living room and another one in the master bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for taking the chill off of the downstairs area in the morning, the only time we felt we needed to use it. The master bedroom was spacious with lots of closet space and drawers. We used the second bedroom as an office, and liked that there was enough space for two people to work. The upstairs bathroom featured a huge walk-in shower that was a real treat. We also enjoyed meeting the owner and his friendly dog, Biscuit, who live next door. We thought this airbnb was very reasonably priced and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on making it a regular stop when visiting family. Karen was very responsive and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed and offered extra help. The unit was spacious and well appointed. We wanted for nothing and the bed provided one of the best sleeps we had had in awhile. Despite the location over the carwash it never caused a concern or noise issue and the big windows provided a view of the trees and sea. We even got to enjoy morning coffee on the deck one day. Thank you Karen for this great unit.

We loved our stay at Colleen’s place! It was our base while visiting Victoria but we actually really enjoyed the local area, in particular bird watching at Florence Lake. The Airbnb has everything you need to feel at home, and the eggs and other snacks were such a lovely touch. We had a fabulous night’s sleep in the comfy bed too! 10/10 would recommend

Overall the stay was great! I’m sure coming back in the summer would be super beautiful

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Gaye and Len's recently! Gaye and Len were perfect hosts and very accommodating. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy and a perfect size for 1-2 people. It's quite well equipped and we had all our needs met! The surroundings are beautiful and conveniently close to groceries and many other amenities within walking distance! We'd be happy to stay there again someday if possible but in the meantime we will be recommending this stay to anyone looking for a Vancouver Island getaway!

Chris was quick to reply to our questions before checkin and welcoming when we arrived. Suite was clean and had all that we needed and more. Driveway and street parking were appreciated. Clear info in the welcome binder. We would definitely recommend this suite to others.

This is a very great place to stay. Even though I stayed by myself I can imagine someone can stay there for a few days with a little family. The kitchen had almost more utensils and tools than mine at home. I felt at home from the minute walking in. I liked the “not so soft” bed. Nice night lights with usb outlets… Will definitely try to book again

What a gem of a property to stay at. The property is so well laid out and amenities are so close and convenient. The people at the resort were friendly and fun. The decor was so appealing and fit the vibe of the place so we'll. We enjoyed every second there. Thank you Cam & Carla!!

We had a lovely stay here with our 2 children. It’s a beautiful and peaceful area. We particularly enjoyed beachcombing and the heated pool (summer only). The kitchen was extremely well stocked—one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautiful skylights brighten the living room. There were a few adult and kids books, plus colouring books with coloured pencils. There are shared BBQs, a playground, tennis court, and large grassy area. The complex has water issues where water is trucked in, so there are signs everywhere to conserve water (short showers, flush "when needed", every drop counts, etc). There is also no cell service, though the wifi is excellent, and most phones can do wifi calling. There is also a long staircase to the main entrance, and the apartment is 2 floors. Coin laundry is in a separate building. We would happily stay again!

We loved this place. Beautiful view, cozy space and the hot tub with a view of the ocean was definitely a plus.

I was visiting family in Sidney and needed a last minute place to stay. Mark’s place caught my attention online and when I arrived it was exactly as i expected. The scenery around the property is stunning. It is the quietest place i think i have ever rented, and the unit itself was great. I would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend Mark as a host.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Sharon's place and it was just as enjoyable as it was the 1st time. The place is just as described and any questions I had, Sharon answered quickly. The area is quiet and close to a trail and my dog loved the fence yard. On top of all of that the outdoor space and hot tub are fantastic!
