Hampton beach house Cowes

Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome. We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this central location. Located 450m from the main street and 400m from Cowes beach. Its an easy walk down paved paths to shops, cocktail bars, restaurants, Cafe's and markets as well as a leisurely stroll to the Beach. Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

You can leave your car at the door as we are located only 250 metres from the centre of Cowes Main Street with all its amazing shops and cafes and 200 metres from the beach which you can see from the front deck.
