Gavin was personally there to receive us. He was quick to respond our queries. Place was nice, peaceful and clean. Destination charger was 400m away which was very helpful. Definitely recommended.

Great townhouse with nice amenities. Dryer, washer and dishwasher are newish and clean. The welcome basket is a nice touch and ideal for quick breakfast. Nice and clean place. The bedsheet and pillows for the sofa bed are a bit hard to find at first and the mattress for the sofa bed could be a tad cleaner. Footsteps from the level above can be heard, which can be annoying at times.

Great spot for a weekend escape! George & Martha were wonderful hosts, always proactive with communication and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The place is cozy and comfortable. One thing to note is that the WiFi speed is a bit on the slower side, so if you need fast internet, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at 4 Poulter Ave in Rhyll! The place was spotless, spacious, and had such a warm and welcoming energy. It had every amenity we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—you get the best of both worlds! Nestled in a quiet, leafy neighborhood surrounded by wildlife, yet just a quick 10-minute drive to the main shopping strip and all the island’s attractions. Robyn was an exceptional host, providing fantastic recommendations and helpful information. Even as frequent visitors to Phillip Island, we discovered new experiences thanks to her suggestions, which turned out to be wonderful! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Robyn, for making our stay so special!

The house was lovely and very clean. The beds were super comfy. We loved sitting on the deck for a bbq and heading to the beach down the road. We also enjoyed table tennis and the water guns. Highly recommended and will return.

When we stepped into the home, we both loved the bright, airy and beachy feel and look of the house. It was quirky and nice. Everything was available and the back verandah area was really a pleasant place to relax in the evening. The local Kookaburras came in and sat on the fence! For us, it was a perfect getaway, with plenty of open space, relaxing and yet intimate. For a family, it would be ideal, with many beds, laundry facilities and a nice open plan to the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The split system airconditioning was welcome as we had a few hot days while on the island. The beach is not far, say, 15 minute walk each way, or drive, just as easy, or drive on to Cowes which is barely 5 minutes away and get more beach to explore. Definitely was a great spot for chilling out.

Probably the best AirBnB we've ever stayed in over 12 years. So relaxing, so close to nature, so bright and homely. Even had a koala ambing around the garden. We all want to go back, including our dogs; and hopefully we will.

Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous spot. A beautiful home, relaxed and delightfully decorated, so much space inside and out and close to a very special beach and tennis courts! Jess and her partner were super helpful, too. We loved it, and were sad to leave.

Had a lovely stay at Vi’s place with friends. A little out of the center of town so not really a walk for kids at least, but a lovely quiet location to relax in the amenities the house offered. Vi was helpful and polite. Spa was usable but not super efficient and took quite some time to heat up. We’re grateful to Vi for starting it ahead of our arrival. House was very well furnished and well appointed with everything needed for our short stay. The espresso machine was a big plus! Unfortunately the gas log heater in the front sitting room is not working so that room could be very cold in winter, instructions for lighting it could be removed from the house information. Reverse cycle systems and wood heater in the main living room certainly made the rest of the house comfortably warm. We’d definitely consider VI’s house again when staying on the island.
