The property offers a great location on 30 acres, perfect for enjoying the outdoors with activities like mushroom picking, hunting, and hiking through the woods. The completely renovated house features a hot tub, sauna, a 3-season room with electric fireplace, and 3 bedrooms 2 w/king beds and 1 with 3 full-size beds. It's just a 15-minute drive to South Haven and 24 minutes to St. Joseph, both of which have an abundance of wineries, beaches, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions nearby.

Up North

Up North and its sister cabin Green Acres are both comfortable one bedroom cabins with screened in decks on a wooded setting. There is a trail right outside the front door that leads to a sitting area on the Black River. The river is shallow with a sandy bottom. Perfect for dogs that love to swim. Along the way you’ll see the best of nature including creeks, ravines, hills, and probably some wildlife. The cabins are only 10 minutes away from South Haven’s world class beaches and restaurants.

Deer Cottage is a warm and cozy retreat near Big & Little Paw Paw Lakes—perfect for a romantic getaway or family stay. This renovated lake home sleeps 4 with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, a fully remodeled kitchen and bath, indoor gas fireplace, and 2 smart TVs. Just a short drive away, guests can explore nearby wineries, kayak the river, or relax at Lake Michigan. Indy grandparents created this sweet escape to be near their granddaughters—complete with deer sightings right from the yard.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Riverview Cabin

Riverview Cabin is a bright riverfront studio retreat on 150 shared acres, perfect for couples or small families. Sleeps up to 4 with a king bed, futon, full kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a jacuzzi tub with scenic views. Relax on the private deck, gather around the fire pit, or explore 2.3 miles of riverfrontage, wooded trails, fishing ponds, and wildlife. Dog-friendly and just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, and local attractions.

Relax on the screened porch, around the fire pit, hiking to the beach, or simply inside enjoying the log home.

Spacious backyard with grill, fire pit, and patio seating. Garage game room with ping pong, TV, and board games.
