We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Near Gutchess fields, Greek Peak, Hope Lake, Yaman, SUNY Cortland and thirty minute drive to Cornell or Syracuse. Spacious, private, one bedroom guest house over a two bay garage. A standing arcade game, porch chairs and full size air mattress all available, just not shown. Spacious parking, and close to grocery, gas and famous Footie Freeze Ice Cream stand!

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Spend a relaxing visit lakeside in our rustic little cottage on beautiful Song Lake. Our quaint little two bedroom cabin comes with all the comforts of home. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing lakeside. Also great for skiing in the winter, with Song Mountain less than a mile away, and 2 other ski resorts nearby. Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.
