Just steps to the national forest, this fully equipped historic Tejano Canyon mountain home is 1,370 sf apartment with private entrance. The perfect blend of comfort and convenience to Albuquerque, Santa Fe and the East Mountains. Plan your vacation for hiking, biking, ski or just relaxation. This former 1925 Pine Cone Tea Room was the stopping off place for refreshments for those traveling back and forth to ABQ from the top of the Sandia Mtns, ski hills & trails. The Casita offers a private courtyard and entrance, an outdoor pool (May 15 to October 15), and an on- demand hot tub (year-round, no jets).

The Hideaway is close to Old Town, Rio Grande Nature Center, Rio Grande river, Bosque bike and walking trails, and Open Space. You’ll love the Casita because of the neighborhood, it’s seclusion, the size, the quiet, the coziness. The Hideaway is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Our old dog Hopi will greet you! Pets are limited to 3, with a $20.00 fee. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended for a long time please, advise us.
