I’m so happy that I found this place. It truly is a beautiful house and in the most beautiful location with gorgeous panoramic views over Cork Harbor. Una was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The guest accommodation was immaculately clean, stylish and modern. I particularly loved the view out over Cork Harbour from both the spacious kitchen / living room and bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower in the en-suite was hot and powerful (which is just what I needed after a long journey). I had a lovely stay and would be very eager to return again. Thanks again Una!

Ich war mit meinen Eltern für zwei Tage bei Orla auf unserer Irland Rundreise und es war wirklich wundervoll! Die Wohnung ist größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt, schön hell, sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Nähe zu Blarney Castle und Cork ist ideal für Ausflüge. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft erst Probleme, die Heizung anzubekommen, aber Orla war sofort erreichbar und ist später sogar vorbeigekommen (obwohl Karfreitag war) und hatte in 5 Minuten das Problem gelöst!! Im Rückblick einer unserer schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Reise, ich würde definitiv nochmal wiederkommen! :)

A lovely place to stay in Cobh. The apartment was light, spacious and brilliantly clean. There were lots of creature comforts. I would definitely recommend Patrick’s place!

It was a brilliant stay very close to town thompsons is a great restaurant if you ever walk down to mccurtain street I would happily stay there again in a heartbeat

Being new to Cork,I’m here to start a new job , I felt completely unsure of where to start. Shelly and Barry were incredibly supportive—they not only dropped me off on my first day but also shared valuable advice and insights to help me settle in smoothly. Their kindness and guidance have made such a positive difference in my experience here, and I’m genuinely grateful to them both.

Niall’s apartment was very well equipped and in a great location by the water with a short drive from cork.

The yellow apartment is small, bright and comfortable. It's perfect for two persons: it has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with two beds and a complete bathroom. Nicola and Robert are very nice and helpful. I would recommend the apartment to visit East Cork.

Helen was a wonderful host. Very attentive and kind. I was made extremely comfortable and well looked after.

Very walkable location just outside the city center. David was an amazing host, with wonderful recommendations for Cork and great conversation. Lovely room to stay in.

We stayed two nights in this lovely house, surrounded by greenery and with a spectacular view over Cork. The house is very charming, simple and welcoming! It’s just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Gavin welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness even before we met in person; he made sure we felt comfortable from the very first moment! It was a real pleasure talking with him over breakfast and getting some tips on what to see in the area. It’s one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ll keep it in mind for a possible future visit or to recommend to a friend!

Fern House in Cork City is a great stay if you have work in the city centre. You get fairly fit from walking up and down steep Summerhill Road! You can use the kitchen and ironing board etc. I stayed in the second floor room (Nr.5), which is exactly as in the photos. Nice and functional with a chest of drawers and somewhere to hang your clothes. The bathroom is tiny but beautiful in pink and black! Netflix was an extra bonus but terrestrial TV didn’t seem to be available. The whole house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The quiet policy between 22hrs and 7am seems to be working but before 22hrs you can hear people in the room beside and below you. Just don’t choose Room Nr.5 if you are taller than 5ft6/ 1.65m because the bed is shorter than normal and also note that the mattress is on the hard to very hard side of things.

It was perfect!, Loli and her husband were more than welcoming, everything was perfect for us and they even let us say hello to their cute cat Poko! Definitely would stay there again.

I spent a great time in Gar" accomodatation. Gar and his wife are very friendly and attentive. The accomodation is very located about 15 min by walk from the city center The room is very nice with the private bathroom which is a plus. The garden is just amazing. i would recommend the accomodation and for sure i will com back. Thank you for everything. i spent a great time with you in Cork. Sylvia

Spacious and spotless clean apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. The check in was easy and everything clearly explained. Host even provided some breakfast items which is above and beyond. Highly recommend this stay for exploring around Cobh. Best for travelers traveling by car with included and easy parking.

Unusual location in semi wooded raised slightly away and above the owners home, can't see from the airbnb. Outside seating to two sides, plenty of space inside, well appointed and warm, we didn't need the wood burner. Very relaxing stay. Met both hosts and their lovely dog, very welcoming and helpful. Great allocated parking space, would highly recommend this home from home.

We had a great stay in Nicolas apartment- its a perfect location for a trip to Fota. Very clean and exactly as described.

We had an excellent stay at Nicola’s apartment. A spotless apartment with extremely comfortable beds. Ideal base for exploring East Cork - we took in Midleton town, a day course at the famous Ballymaloe cookery school, the stunning Ballycotton cliff walk and a sunset stroll on Garryvoe beach - all within easy reach by car. A perfect weekend. We hope to be back!

Fantastic place to stay - beautiful accommodation with great views of the sea. We had our 11 month old granddaughter with us & we were made very welcome . The owners left us to enjoy the property but any questions were answered very quickly. We had the best week ever & it will always be a great memory ! Thanks Aimee
