It’s a few minutes drive to Lucas shopping centre, 10-minute drive to the CBD and 20 minutes to Sovereign Hill. For safety reasons, the gas fireplace is not available but has 3 reverse cycle aircon.

Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

The "Hut" Pet friendly accommodation on 26 Acres

"The Hut" is in a convenient location close to Geelong, Ballarat/Sovereign Hill and Daylesford. It will take approx. 40 minutes scenic drive through beautiful countryside to get to those places.
