Was a relaxing quick getaway with outstanding accommodation. Bonus points for such a clean tidy unit and walking distance to have dinner and drinks.

Lovely place and location - enough space for a few families and kids. Accommodated for children as well - toys, games, bunk beds

Our stay was a wonderful experience with Early Morning views and Evening sun set views at Sea shore just a walk away. House was neat and clean with all ammenities required for a family to have a leisure stay. David and team was quick to respond on our queries. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

enjoyed the stay. very well catered. pleasant surprise to have basic condiments supplied. we always bring our own oil, salt, pepper etc but it was good to have this available at the property.

Breathtaking View! Calm, clean, and perfect for a relaxing escape. My special needs child felt so at ease here and truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The host was lovely and welcoming. We’d love to come back!

This was the perfect spot for my short stay and I enjoyed being in the apartment. Julie and Eddie were very welcoming and the unit is airy and light and well laid out. It was great to have a view of the ocean while I was working on my laptop at the table (great wifi), and then a view of the sunset from the living room with a glass of wine (very comfy chairs)! It was a great base for exploring the Yorke Peninsula and after I got back from my day trip it was a short walk to the tavern at the jetty for dinner. I was travelling solo but it would also suit a couple or a small family group as it felt spacious. There is off street parking, a garden at the front and it is easy to find. Highly recommended!

SIMPLY THE BEST! We have stayed in numerous guesthouses around the world but the WALLAROO CUSTOMS HOUSE ticks all the boxes for us: *Built in 1862, but upgraded to perfection to remain as Heritage listed. * Has the “WOW” factor as soon as you enter the front room. * Large dining table, wall of Library books, comfy lounges & chairs and a piano. * Perfect location above Office Beach. Short walk from the back gate to the waters edge. * Wonderful shaded outdoor eating area adjacent the lawn area. * Spacious bedrooms & modern bathrooms * Provisions for breakfast… eggs, bacon, milk, butter and crusty bread. * For your Happy Hours, light the Weber Q, add a couple of steaks, pour the wine & watch the sun set over the Wallaroo jetty.

Fantastic place to stay! We came up with a few friends on a hot weekend but the air con cooled the house and ceiling fans in each bedroom were great. Loved the outdoor area also. Would definitely stay again!

This place is AMAZING! It is beach front & has stunning views. The lounge is big & spacious & has big windows that look out onto the ocean view. So you can easily just sit back in a comfy armchair & enjoy the view. It was great with kids because the water is super shallow & they could go by themselves & we could sit on the verandah & still see them. It is down the end of the beach which is more quiet which was exactly what we wanted. The house was very clean & had everything you could need from pots, pans, glasses, plates etc & sunscreen, spare hats, a bbq, a cricket set etc it really had everything for a wonderful holiday at the beach. We would definitely stay again 👍🏼
