We had such a perfect stay at Camp Chicory. I’d traveled there along with three old friends, and it was a wonderful spot to spend time in and reconnect. We had grand plans to take advantage of outdoor winter adventures in the Poconos, but when the weather was uncooperative, we were more than happy to just stay inside all day instead! The kitchen has everything you’d need for lots of cooking, with a cute mug collection to enjoy that hot chocolate bar. The shower pressure was magical, and the beds were super comfortable. Oh how we loved the eclectic record collection, and only wished we’d had time to enjoy more of it! But truly, the MVP of our weekend was the wood burning stove, which provided the perfect cozy atmosphere to enjoy quality time with friends. Moira and her team were top notch communicators, both before and during our stay — always available with a quick response to answer our questions. Believe the reviews — you won’t be disappointed. I wish I were back there right now!

My experience was beyond amazing. Nikki was thoughtful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Situated in a beautiful area of Lake Ariel, the house had everything and more in terms of amenities. I would recommend this house to any and everyone looking for a fun and peaceful trip to Lake Ariel!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Long Pond! The house was beautifully updated, very comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group—two kids under 10, and four adults (parents and grandparents). The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view with a small private beach and access to paddle boats, kayaks, canoe, and a dock—perfect for both quiet mornings and family fun. The backyard was incredibly picturesque, surrounded by beautiful foliage that made it feel like a private retreat. We really appreciated thoughtful touches like the shed stocked with life vests and beach toys, as well as the outdoor fire stove. Inside, the game room was a hit—especially the Nintendo 64 and air hockey table, which kept everyone entertained. We couldn’t have asked for a better spring break getaway. Had a wonderful stay! The property is right across from the lake and the view was breathtaking! Great location to visit many of the beautiful hiking trails in the area. One of the must haves for our trip was access to a golf cart and Mamta made sure it was on the property, ready for us when we arrived. Peaceful, relaxing, Pocono, retreat!

Kevin was an incredible host! He answered all of our questions promptly and was extremely flexible with anything we needed. The house was also very clean and amazing for a big group of 11 people. The hot tub and pool table were a great addition. When we went the private beach wasn’t open yet, but even that looked like so much fun. We’ll be back to experience the beach and lake when it’s warmer!

Had a little weekend getaway celebrating my fiancés birthday. The place is situated in a private, secured neighborhood (you’re given a visitor’s pass that will suffice for the duration of your trip). We chose this place to fish the lake and avoid having to drive to a nearby location, but we were unfortunately unable to hook into anything — we were told there were several species of fish residing there, though. We visited an alpaca farm 15 minutes away, was able to find very good wings and a great dinner spot, fed some deer, and enjoyed the quiet! This house is a very basic, nothing extravagant type of vibe but it suited its purpose for the weekend we were there. Stocked with coffee, board games, tvs in every room, a fire pit, boats (when available), utensils and kitchenware, AC/Heated, and several beds. Overall, I would recommend. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful, as well! Shoutout to them for all the information and patience!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautiful, personalized, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely responsive and replied quickly to any questions I had, which made the experience even better. I especially loved the home theater, it was a fantastic touch. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

No nonsence house with tranquil immediate surrounding and close proximity to ski slops. Great for couple of days of mountain ski trip.

This lake house was so beautiful, so clean, so well stocked. The kitchen was definitely the best stocked kitchen of any STR I've visited. Having access to kayaks and paddleboards and being right on the lake was an incredible amenity. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at this lake house for a family vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the local grocery stores had everything we needed for the weekend — including s’mores supplies. The “gaming garage” was a big hit with the kids (all teenagers). The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even smoother. Would definitely stay here again.

The chalet is perfectly located in charming WLE, a quiet, family friendly community on the lake. Has all the amenities you’d need (paddle board, kayak, grill, cornhole, bonfire) for a fun-filled weekend. 15 minute walk from WLE’s marina. Our group of friends had a great time playing games, painting, and enjoying the spacious chalet. WiFi was fast and supported multiple calls at once, even extended onto the deck. Thank you, Carolyn, for being a responsive and kind host! Well stocked closets with towels, linens galore, and pantry. She even let us check in a little early for free :) Would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil lake getaway.

This was a beautiful home, right on the lake. It was perfect for our friend group's annual ski trip!

We had my friends bachlorette getaway weekend at this airbnb! There was plenty of space for us to hang out in the living room and eat meals all together. What an amazing stay!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at this peaceful lakehouse. The house itself was clean and comfortable, kitchen renovations are beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Linens were plentiful and soft, not always the case for vacation rentals. We appreciated the picturesque views from the main upper floor on rainy and sunny days alike. The private beach and cool stone fire pit were well-used and an added bonus. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and grilling outside. Our kids enjoyed the access to nature on the property, it felt very private and serene, a contrast to our usual city life. James was very responsive and informative both before and during our stay. Had a fantastic time with my boyfriend at Elwira's place! We had to cut our trip short but the time we did spend there was awesome. Elwira was very friendly and it was the perfect location, close to all our favorite spots.
