We had a great stay at the cottage. The place was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Sandra was very responsive which was very helpful. Lots of ski and snowshoeing opportunities around in the winter, definitely worth the experience!

Wow, where can I even start with the place? Very easy check-in very quick clear communication. Kris was always responding at a very fast rate, recommendations on nearby places. The house was beautiful big and bright. The outdoor area hot tub sauna was put to great. the property is beautiful very easy drive, I would want to stay here over and over again and have Kris be my host . The only note although it was advised multiple times to bring was bath towels, but it would be nice to have extras at the house

We loved our time here! Robert was responsive and answered all of our questions. Instructions were clear. The cottage was clean. There was enough space for 6 adults to feel comfortable and have enough space, and a number of gathering spots to play games, eat together, etc. We were particularly impressed and grateful for all of the amenities--they have it all! For activities: 2 kayaks and a canoe, various-sized life jackets, even 2 fishing rods! Lots of games inside. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, fragrance-free laundry detergent with the washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-stocked (plenty of dishes and cutlery, large mixing bowls, baking pans, pots/pans, oils, sauces, condiments, spices), and we cooked many large meals. The fire pit was great, and they even have bug spray! The park down the street has a new tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. Cons: you can definitely hear the trains and highway, but we expected this going in. Would still recommend this cottage!

We had an incredible stay at Kenneth's spacious penthouse in Barrie, Ontario. The space featured two bedrooms, a luxurious sauna and massage room, a huge bathroom, dining room and an amazing living area. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to get creative and prepare delicious meals. Lots of windows offering great light. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. In fact, we were having such a wonderful getaway we decided to extend it by an additional night. Be sure to enjoy at least 1 or 2 meals at the Farmhouse Restaurant. The food is fabulous, the service is excellent, and the location simply can't be beat. Thank you for providing us with such a fantastic experience. We're already looking forward to visiting again!

Kathy's place was beautiful and spacious. We were a group of 7, with 4 children total and we had lots of space. It was clean and in a great location. We were there in the winter but look forward to visiting in the summer sometime as well!

Jed's cottage was nicely updated, with plenty of amenities. Close to town, but with the peacefulness of the lake. A little too windy to use the fire pit, but a nice bonus. And we were allowed to bring our precious doggie. We had a lovely time.

We loved our stay with our two dogs and twin 3 year olds. The open backyard, small sand beach with access to shallow water, and playground for our kids was perfect. The twin bed room upstairs and ping pong and poker table downstairs with a tv meant we could put our kids to bed and head to the basement and not worry about waking the kids. We loved the open concept upstairs because we could always keep an eye on our dogs and kids. We even tried to book again but it’s all booked when we were available and we aren’t surprised. Will definitely be booking again, this year even if we can! We searched for other air bnbs and nothing ticks all the boxes quite like Buds Place!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic condo in Friday Harbour, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that took our breath away. The condo itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. One of the highlights of our stay was the private balcony, where we spent many mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the sunset over the harbor. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Just a short walk to charming local shops, restaurants, and the marina, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Overall, our stay at this condo in Friday Harbour was exceptional. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into creating a perfect retreat. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, this place should be at the top of your list!

Very nice and peaceful location, had an amazing and relaxing time with my family. Host was very responsive and accommodating, great value for money. It felt like home, with amazing restaurants, overall great experience… Hope to be back in summer!

Mary was very accommodating! The place was clean. The appliances were in great condition. She provided everything that we needed during our WHOLE stay. Most places we’ve been at jist gives us a starter kit, but Mary went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and well taken care of. She even gave our kiddos bubble wands when we came in. It’s the little touch that gives the biggest meaning. Thank you! The only thing we wish there was, was more storage. We kept our clothes in our luggages. The rack could use some storage bins maybe? So that we can store clothes in it without it calling off the shelves. But overall the stay was just great! If we come back to Friday harbour again, we sure will come back to Mary!

Lovely lovely place. Sitting on the deck watching over the blue waters of the bay - dreamy! Kids had fun at the beach and in the pool. Highly recommend.

Idyllic gem on Georgian bay. Perfect for a small family getaway by the lake. The resort pool is a big plus for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. Jefferson is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. He kindly accommodated our request.

My stay at Bakraam’s place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The home was spotless, cozy, and just as described—if not better! Being so close to the beach and nearby attractions made the location perfect for both relaxation and exploring. Bakraam was an exceptional host. He personally checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us arrange the BBQ, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, he went out of his way to shovel the snow, ensuring the area was safe and hazard-free—such a thoughtful touch! I can’t recommend this place enough. Maria and Gus were wonderful hosts, and we really enjoyed our stay at their cottage. They were very responsive and addressed all our concerns. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, including dishes, utensils, towels, and even extra toothbrushes in case we forgot to bring our own! The view of the lake from the back of the cottage was incredible!

Beautiful cottage with a spectacular view of the lake! Very quiet and peaceful for rest and relaxation. The fireplace made the cottage even more cozy on some very cold winter days during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the entire cottage was well set up for a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was easy to find and anything you could possibly need was there. We loved that amenities like grocery stores and restaurants were close by and easily accessible.

Kelly was a wonderful host. she was very responsive and accommodating. her cottage was extremely clean, great bbq and kitchen well stocked. Pillows and blankets looked and smelled freshly washed. beds were also very comfortable. would definitely stay again.
