Great old house, especially for families. It feels lived in by a family (and is decorated as such). That's great esp if you're traveling with your family; there's lots of useful things around the house and entertainments. Neighborhood is great as is the backyard!

We enjoyed our stay; everything looked like the pictures and the neighborhood was great. We would love to book again in the future.

Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

Duke was absolutely amazing! I booked this place for my family and I as my fiancée and I were getting married in San Francisco. My fiancée had taken the key to the detached room the night before the wedding that had all of my things to get ready for the next day! I was freaking out and reached out to Duke who responded within minutes and provided the spare key. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would come again! 10/10

I highly recommend Kim's home. We stayed for 3 nights. The house was amazing. The pool and hot tub kept us and the kids busy all day. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come again!

This house is incredibly spacious and looks exactly like the photos. All of the linens are well organized and the kitchen had tons of counter space. The fireplace was dreamy in the kitchen and we loved the absolutely enormous television! Very, very soft beds as well.

The tree house was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. From someone who travels the world I’ve stayed at some amazing places and this home was no exception. It had the views, the amenities, you’re surrounded by beautiful nature, the rocky pool and hidden cave spa. This home had everything you need for a getaway or simply a place to entertain family and friends. The owner was friendly and welcoming to their home. They were very flexible about my stay to accommodate my wedding the next day. They communicated very well and were always open to my many ask. The home is secluded from the nearby city, but also close enough to downtown. You could grab dinner at a nice restaurant or do any last minute shopping at the variety of boutiques and stores. My friends & I never wanted to leave. This place is magical. Finding all the hidden gems like the sky deck to the carved decor sculpture throughout the property made it adventurous and fun to explore. We will definitely be back!

House was absolutely beautiful. Location was great and it was really private with amazing views of the surrounding area. The place was put together well and the host was responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I see myself staying here again in the future!!

Everything was exactly as described and very walkable to the Walnut Creek shops. The interior was excellent, and the beds were super comfortable. A great place to stay overall.

We had a fantastic time at Kens place. His house is a delightful little cottage with character, warmth and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing has been forgotten in this little place which feels like a home wherever you have come from. We loved the fact that it had a small garden where we could sit in the sun in the morning, a barbecue for grilling in the evening and a generally quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. We loved the fact that snacks were at hand, ample bottles of water in the fridge and the washing and cooking facilities were perfect. We were overjoyed that it was a quick 5 minute walk to the nearest Safeway and that the gas station was seconds away with the car! Being next to the motorway was very practical and enabled us to reach The airport, Napa, Sanfrancisco, Sixflags and all the other wonderful places we wanted to visit, quickly, simply and easily. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again within the year. Thank you Ken for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better location or a better host. The house was beautiful. It was just a few short blocks from beautiful Lake Merritt and a short walk to BART. Carlos was extremely flexible and let us check in early, which gave us a few more hours to explore on our first afternoon in town. The space is completely separate from the other side of the house, so it was like we had an entire home to ourselves. The layout is beautiful with tons of sunlight coming through. There are two sweet cats that seemingly hung out outside of our door, and my wife loved that. This place is an absolute gem and I'd definitely stay here again! We loved it!

We had an epic three days at Lolo's place and are so grateful we had the opportunity. We needed to pivot last minute to find an Airbnb during our Spring Break to visit family and Lolo was super responsive and even let us check in early so it rental car wasn't sitting out front packed with luggage. parking was easy, neighborhood is fantastic. I grew up in Alameda so I personally love the area and it felt so great to explore the neighborhood. My husband and 7yo walked to get coffee and pastries in the morning, our 2yo enjoyed the playground nearby. the Airbnb itself has everything we needed, even a nice low to the ground cot for our toddler to sleep in, kids books and dishes. Enjoyed Ethiopian food for dinner one night. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, I wish I was still there.

Had an amazing experience staying at Don's place! Felt safe and really comfortable. Loved the interior decorations making it feel super homey and cozy. Would definitely book again when I'm on my next work trip!

This home was clean and has nice spaces for a family. The kitchen has plenty of room and is well-appointed. The 3 beds were all very comfortable. The living room was able to accommodate 7 in comfortable seating when we had some relatives over to watch a football game. The outside area is big and fully fences, if you are traveling with a dog. It is convenient to the freeway, bike routes (if you travel with your bike like we do), and downtown Walnut Creek. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this highly.

This home is stacked with amenities! We used the pool table, shuffleboard, kayaks and paddle boats quite a bit throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable and had enough space for all of our guests. The kitchen and living space is open concept, which makes hanging out in the common areas very easy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun group trip in the area!

Design-minded accommodation, with every little detail thought out. Very elegantly furnished. Quiet street. The feeling is of ultimate comfort. and Jana is super responsive, to boot. Basically, awesome.

Very comfortable bed; great location near walking path and parks; lovely deck on the back; very clean; luxurious rain showerhead and big fluffy towels in bathroom. Huge TV. Everything one could need in the kitchen, including both French press and drip coffee makers! Laundry facilities were a nice convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very clean, good price

We had a great stay. Very good for family/big group. Kitchen is equipped with the basic stuff you’ll ever need so we get to cook our own meals. Cozy (felt like own home) and I would say privacy and safety is a plus. My little son enjoyed the stay too. Definitely a go to if I would need to go back in the area.

This was one of my favourite spots I’ve stayed in San Francisco and surpassed expectations massively. The house is spacious, exceedingly comfortable for three coworkers (each having their own room), and garnished with truly incredible views. Decor was quirky and stylish and the kitchen was perfectly equipped and delightful to hang out in. Loved the beautiful tree arching the entryway and the wisteria out on the deck at the back. Some points I don’t think covered in the description but certainly worth pulling out: the shower pressure is excellent; there is an extra bathroom with just a loo and sink downstairs (so three bathrooms total, two with showers); the beds are really comfortable; The muni stop is about 10 steps from the front door and the street is super quiet. Drew was also perfectly attentive and responsive while also leaving us to do our thing. This property is great. Full recommend for anyone from a family, to work travel, to friends / couples travelling together

Angela is amazing super fast communication and helpful!the unit is in a nice area it is very clean the bed is huge and comfortable enjoyed both TVs the yard is great and clean and the kitchen is stocked with !! everything!! You need to the tiniest detail for long or short stays!also you can't hear anything from upstairs like most places!good water pressure in shower!would have stayed longer but she was booked!would definitely recommend more then worth the price!our dog loved it as well:)

nice spacious house with good distribution of space for privacy of guests. nice patio outside with a great view -- good for having lunch or early dinners... it gets kind of cold in the evening. hard to get around without a car.
