Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

The Nook

The Nook was purpose built in 2019 to be an ideal place for a single person, couple, or family to stay; we also welcome well behaved pets! Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials. The neighbouring town of Padstow is a couple of minutes away by car or a walk through the fields or along the coast for some world class dining options. There is parking for one car.

Grove Cottage (sleeps 2 + 2 dogs) is set in a quiet garden in the conservation area of the small historic market town of St Columb Major. Recently restored and refurbished to a high standard - it is compact, cosy and full of character. The cottage has a conservatory, private courtyard, enclosed garden and off-road parking space. St Columb caters for all your daily needs and is ideally located to explore all of Cornwall. The sea and surf are only 7 minutes away!
