We had a wonderful stay here and cannot wait to come back! Jennifer is amazing as a host, quick responses and so helpful. She gave us a list of things we could whilst we were there which was so helpful. The apartment is so cosy and was spotless when we arrived. The holiday village is fantastic for kids. The swimming pool is easy to book online and the playroom is great for the younger ones. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side but we were able to cook in the apartment, each evening. The double air fryer was super handy! We loved this place and genuinely cannot wait for another visit.

The place was amazing, great location and the scenery was beautiful. Lorraine provided a great list of local amenities too which helped greatly. The apartment is walking distance from the Beatrix Potter attraction so that's well worth a visit including the cafe.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great time. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Spacious living room for playing games around the dining table or watching a movie while stretching out on the sofa. Just a short walk into the main town of Bowness-on-Windermere, up a slightly steep hill but we are in the Lakes for walking. We all found it very relaxing and we’d be happy to come again.

It was easy to book and David promptly responded to the messages. Clear instructions were given for everything and were easy to check in. Everything was spotless and nicely organised. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. This place was the best Airbnb we stayed so far as it was complete with everything. We had certain bad experiences previously in other places but this one nothing to complain. Cozy and felt like home. Kitchen was complete with all the necessities. Rooms, bedding and bathroom was clean. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed with this place. Thank you so much David and keep up the good service. ☺️

Great location in the middle of Ulverston. Kitchen had everything we needed and when we needed to we pressed 'boost' on the heating controls and the house heated quickly. very cozy, homely house. Would recommend and stay again

Fabulous stay. We loved the house (which was accurately described). It was perfect for me and my family. We loved making breakfast and dinner in the huge kitchen. Would love to stay again when in the area.

Such a wonderful stay! This cottage was neat and spacious, as was the garden out back. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, felt great, and was easy to operate. Town is just a short walk through some really nice and scenic fields, with a Booths supermarket, a number of tempting restaurants, fun little shops, and interesting history all within easy reach. Really relaxing, quiet, and comfortable.

This little cottage was perfect for me and my partners trip to the lakes. The listing accurately represents the property. Inside was very clean and it came with everything you would need for a trip away. Couldn’t recommend more.

Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) just got back from 2 nights at Tom's simply stunning apartment. The photos don't quite do it justice for it's size with fantastic views, luxury touches & sun terrace with views of the front/sea. Tom was fantastic throughout our stay, arranged our luggage to be able to get dropped at Briggs early & messaged to give us a well received late check out!! We spent our time visiting the lake district, morcambe sea front & happy mount park. We ate in the cafe downstairs (Ritas) the market & ordered takeaways in the evening sitting around the well appointed dining table/island. Evenings spent relaxing on the HUGE comfortable sofas watch a movie on the HUGE tv. Have to say: the beds were so comfortable, the apartment so quiet in the evening we had the best night's sleep. Thankyou Tom & Tina .... your Airbnb in stunning & we will definitely return in the future.

An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks

Beautiful apparent with lots of things to do aroud. Very clean and organised and a very friendly hoast. Spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a beautiful weekend away.

Julie & Paul are incredible hosts! They were so kind, welcoming & very flexible. We had a lovely chat with them. The stay was absolutely perfect ! The place had everything we needed and was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The garden was stunning—such a peaceful spot to relax in. Highly recommend and would love to return! Very close to Winter Gardens, apartment was clean and had everything you needed! even a cupboard full of essentials in case we forgot something 😊 Nic was very clear with the instructions and provided useful information! will definitely use this place again!

Judith was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, proactive, helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, lovely spacious bedrooms and nicely finished bathrooms!

Another very pleasant stay in Allison’s flat in Penrith. It’s a perfect location in the middle of town, close to everything you need and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean, private and very quiet. Thanks again Allison.
