Only a 15-20 min drive to the Avalon Mall, hospitals and the airport.

The property sits ocean side with amazing views and the T-Railway walking trail. Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer!

Located close to stadium, post secondary institutions and highway for access to the capital city and surrounding towns. Beach bonfires available upon request. No pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, or cooking with curry due to sensitivity to odor.
