Everything was really good. Thank you so much to Francesca and her sister for being so friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get to the apartment by train or ferry. The train station is about 10–15 minutes away on foot, and the ferry is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment is in a very beautiful place. The town is quiet, nice, and comfortable. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. You can even hear the sound of the waves, which is very relaxing. It’s a great place for a holiday. I really recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Manuel’s apartment. As we were passing by the area on a road trip, the place was perfectly located on our route and the flexible check in (we arrived very late) worked great. The place was very clean and the balcony is huge and sunny.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A localização é boa, ao lado da universidade e é possível ir andando até o parque ou o centro. O apartamento é bem equipado, limpo, e o atendimento da administração é ótimo.

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

Un monolocale davvero ben organizzato, dotato di tutto ciò che occorre anche per un soggiorno più lungo.come il.nostro. A piedi si raggiungono negozi, parchi e quartieri molto carini e a portata di bambino. La fermata del bus è vicinissima. Emanuele è un host gentile e premuroso, attento e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo!

Sabrina was an excellent and delightful host. Always keen to help and so responsive to requests and queries. The accommodation is spacious and so very well located to all that is needed for a special stay in Como. We felt so at home as soon as Sabrina showed us our “Home in Como”. Tolle Lage, sauber, schöner Garten zum verweilen und ruhig. Konnten eine Stunde früher Einchecken und den Tiefgaragenplatz benutzen.

Мы не сколько не пожалели, что выбрали именно это место для остановки. Очень уютная, квартира со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Также отмечу отличнейшее расположение, рядом много различных заведений где можно вкусно покушать, магазины, красивая набережная. My son stayed in Andrea's apartment for a month. For his needs, the apartment was perfect - close enough to his workplace, equipped with all the necessities, and well organized. As his mother, I was glad that it was safe and very clean place. So we are both very grateful to Andrea for hosting Bogdan in the most appropriate way.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Ivo et Serafina, avec de bons conseils pour la plage au lac majeur et restaurant. L'ppartement est très spacieux, propre et confortable. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s place in San Martino, Val Masino. Valentina was an incredibly welcoming and kind host, making us feel at home right away. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the village, close to bars and shops, which made everything very convenient. One of the big highlights was the private parking space — a huge plus, especially during busy weekends and holidays when parking in the area can be challenging. The apartment itself is very cosy, beautifully maintained, and sparkling clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family with child, including thoughtful touches like board games for relaxing evenings together. Thank you again, Valentina, for a fantastic stay!

منزله تاريخي جميل ونظيف ومرتب ودانيلي رجل خلوق وودود ومنزله ذو ارتفاع جميل ومكانه رائع وقريب من كومو وبيلاجو تقريبا ١٨ كيلو اشكره ع اهتمامه بمنزله وبنظافته كل شي يوجد في هذا المنزل بصراحه انا اعجبت بمنزله وسوف اعود الكره باذن الله واخبر بها اصدقائي في بلدي شكرا دانيلي 🙏🏻

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

Marzia greeted us when we came. Great help, lot's of usefull information, very good english. The house is big as described in the pictures. Surrounding quite, peaceful with birds singing all day. It was 4 of us and it was pleanty of space, especially the table tennis. We will come back for sure. All the best to the owner and Marzia.

Cinzia è stata sempre molto disponibile, gentile e premurosa, con piccoli accorgimenti/pensieri, che sono però molto apprezzati. Sapendo che avevamo dei bambini ha lasciato dei chupa chups e ci ha fatto già trovare dell'acqua in fresco viste le temperature relativamente calde di agosto. La casa era molto carina e spaziosa. Dispone anche di un bello spazio esterno con dei giochi per bambini, molto apprezzati dai nostri figli di 2,3 e 6 anni.

Die Unterkunft war schön und entsprach 100% den Fotos auf dem Inserat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grenzt direkt an einen Wald, wo man gut spazieren gehen kann. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und gibt Tipps für die Region. Der Aufenthalt im K10House lohnt sich!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.
