Our Farm House on the Ranch/Warsaw MO

This remodeled farmhouse sits in the middle of a large cattle ranch. It provides a large and clean getaway spot away from others. Parts of the house provide older charm. It has spectacular views of rolling hills and has a creek that runs through the property. Creek access is available with permission. This remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse is located within minutes of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It has parking areas for boats/trailers. You won't find a more relaxing place to unwind!

Snaggin’ Shed

Welcome to your home away from home. This cabin has some of the best views on the lake. Located on the 81 mile marker, just down from the famous oar house. This cabin is simple but feels like home. Make yourself comfortable on one of the 3 stacked decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy outdoor cooking? Make use of the provided gas grill. Be sure to make use of the included dock (slide and diving board are for children under 50 pounds) and fish cleaning station. For questions please message.

Deer Creek Cabin, on 26 acres in the Ozarks

Looking for a place to relax and recharge? Have a seat on our wrap around deck and take in the views of our 26 acres. Quietly nestled in the woods, but still within driving distance of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks, this brand new cabin will provide the ultimate escape. Take a relaxing bath in our deep soaker tub, cuddle up by the fireplace with a good book, or watch for our many local deer from the porch. Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our peaceful private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Located in a quiet community near the 81mm of Lake of the Ozarks with its own private boat dock and 2 local boat ramps to launch from. 2 bedrooms 1 bath with an extra family room and beautiful screened in porch with plenty of seating and gas fire pit. Hop in your boat and take a short ride to The Oar House, Shooters 81 or Bucknaked for some dinner and family entertainment! Downtown Warsaw is a quick 10 min drive away.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.
