Beautifully updated waterfront home, with a sandy beach. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in the desirable Shawnee Shoals arm of Coldwater Lake with plenty of activities to keep you busy. Experience excellent fishing, swimming, skiing, wake boarding, tubing or relaxing on the sandbars. Kayaks and paddle boards are included with your stay during the warmer seasons. During the winter months, bring your own equipment for excellent ice fishing and snowmobiling.

Lake Front Cottage on Iyopawa Island & Golf Course

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.

Rustic cottage on Lake George. Built in 1901 and remodeled in 1990, this cozy old cottage offers a lot of character and access to Lake George. Please note: This is not an accessible space. All bedrooms are upstairs. Nearby Activities: -Pokagon state park for fun hikes and Tobogganing. - Wineries and great restaurants -1.5 miles from 80/90 toll road and I69 -Drivable to Trine (16 min), Hillsdale (44 min), Notre Dame (1 hr. 12 min)

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.
