Nous rechechions du calme et de l authenticité et nous avons était servi. La maison est superbe a l extérieur et encore plus a l interieur avec cette magnifique cheminée. Nous avions l impression d etre comme chez nous, les hotes ont un grand coeur et on plaisir de vous faire partager les produits locaux et leur magnifique region et de vous faire plaisir avec des petites surprises de bienvenues. Nos chiens ont adoré le grand jardin et les ballades en forêt. Notre seul regret et de n etre resté plus longtemps. Paola est une magnifique personne toujours au petit soin avec nous et d une réactivité irréprochable. Nous reviendrons c est sur.

Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons chez Franco à Loazzolo : aucun regret, c'était encore mieux que dans nos souvenirs ! Maison impeccable, tenue par un hôte sympathique et discret, avec piscine hors sol adaptée aux jeunes enfants, et vue panoramique sur les vignes. Rien ne manque, merci encore et à bientôt !

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Siamo stati davvero come a casa! L’alloggio è talmente tenuto bene e la cucina è bel fornita. Cristina è un host impeccabile, ci ha fatto trovare tutto perfetto e anche abbondante necessario per la prima colazione. L’esclusività di questo alloggio leggermente fuori dal centro di Levanto, lo rende intimo ed esclusivo, si rimane a contatto stretto con la natura. Massima sicurezza se si hanno cani e si vogliono lasciare liberi in giardino… un sogno!Addirittura abbiamo trovato istruzioni per visitare i dintorni e il pass per il parcheggio in centro! Top!

Une jolie petite maison absolument impeccable située un peu en retrait d'une route assez passante à 3kms du centre-ville de Chiavari et du bord de mer, facilement accessible en voiture et où nous avons pu garer notre voiture en toute sécurité. La maison possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin, voire plus. Le linge est impeccable et tout est très propre. Une fois dans la maison, vous serez au calme et le petit jardin charmant permet de profiter de l'extérieur, même si on perçoit un peu le bruit de la route aux heures de pointe. Notre chien a bien apprécié. Il y a même les gamelles pour votre chien!! La salle de bain est toute neuve et un barbecue tout neuf vous attend pour vos grillades. Chiavari est une très jolie ville, en particulier son centre historique. La gare est en plein centre et vous permet de voyager facilement jusqu'aux Cinque Terre. Notre hôte s'est montré très accueillant et très réactif au moindre souci. Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour chez Christian!

We stayed for 1 week in April 2025 and everything was so perfect that we wanted to extend our stay by another week. Unlike many other properties in the surroundings, this home is well located and very accessible in terms of roads and parking spots. Ivanna even brought us home made cakes at times to make us feel spoiled. The top of our stay was the beautiful garden where we would have all of our meals. Ivanna and her whole family gave us a very warm welcome from the very start. It was really hard for us to leave such a paradise.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi in questa villa a Mombaruzzo! La villa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Il paesaggio che la circonda è mozzafiato, immerso nella tranquillità, perfetto sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. La piscina è perfetta, pulita e ben mantenuta, ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Il personale è stato super super super super disponibile, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Tantissimi servizi a disposizione che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio questa villa a tutti,un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo!

We were 8 girlfriends who had a wonderful stay! It was such a picturesque setting. Comfortably fit 8 of us and could have fit more. The property is stunning and utilised the lovely outdoor table! Unfortunately was too cold for the pool but looked lovely! Apartment was clean and comfortable. Communal area is a bit small for 8 as not enough room on sofas / comfy chairs but we were fine with a few on the floor or in dining chairs! Close to Nizza - short drive for dinner. Note taxis are hard to get so must arrange in advance! Recommendations were very very useful - we booked truffle hunting and restaurants and wine tasting and all was exceptional! There’s a wine cellar in the basement! Their wine was delicious and could buy what you want while there

The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Gabriela und Werner, haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Alles war super eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend, die Anlage selbst ist traumhaft. Vor allem die wunderbaren Gastgeber, ihr Gastfreundschaft und Bereitschaft, unseren Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis zu machen, sind hervorzuheben. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist der sehr gut sortierte Hofladen mit moderaten Preisen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder! Volker und Anne

Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere due giorni in questa splendida villa per celebrare un compleanno importante. Marta è stata sin da subito molto cordiale e reattiva. La villa è esattamente come nelle foto, dotata praticamente di qualunque comfort (piscina riscaldata con acqua salata, zona barbecue, sala superiore con biliardo, calcetto e zona TV, ping pong esterno, ricarica per auto elettriche e biciclette a disposizione). Siamo stati fortunati in quanto le due giornate di clima perfetto ci hanno permesso di godere a pieno della piscina ma sono certo che, anche in caso di tempo non clemente, non ci saremmo annoiati visti tutti i servizi offerti. Assolutamente consigliata!

In un contesto meraviglioso tra noccioleti e vigne. Appartamento pulito ed accogliente, ed ospitalità eccellente.

Bellissima e finalmente rilassante vacanza . I letti comodi e Veronica è un host fantastica. E' stata gentile e premurosa . La casa è una piccola bomboniera situata in mezzo al verde. Il nostro cagnolino si è potuto godere gli spazi all'aperto con giardini completamente recintati. Posizione ottima per visitare Acqui Terme ed assaporare i vini della zona. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

This place has everything one needs when looking for a vacation where our family with two parents and 4 grown kids could spend time together but still choose to have a secluded spot. Very clean (and I am super-picky…) fresh beddings, extremely comfy beds, large bedrooms with en suite large bathrooms. Kitchen so very equipped, we could cook anything we wanted, all needed utensils where there. The pool area was perfect. And the best part, so quiet and tranquil, and a nice walk to city center. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday spot in northern Italy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Caterina, nous a bien accueilli. Et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très proche de la plage et d’une supérette. Un peu loin du centre ville mais des transports en commun sont disponibles très proches du logement et le train est à 15minutes à pieds. Le logement est très calme, très paisible. Il faisait chaud mais Caterina nous a apporté des ventilateurs. Merci pour ce séjour.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

Casa pulita e ordinata in ogni sua parte. Casa grande come in foto. Noi eravamo in 7 tra cui 3 bambini siamo stati benissimo. Zona tranquillissima. Graziella molto gentile e disponibile sia prima del check in fino alla fine del check out. Molto consigliata!

Fior di limone si presenta come una casetta raccolta e accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. Dispone anche di un parcheggio riservato (non coperto) spazioso e comodo all'interno del cortile. È dotata di una piccola area esterna ben curata. Noi abbiamo comunicato soprattutto con Serena, la quale è stata molto precisa, celere e disponibile nell'esaudire ogni nostra richiesta o dubbio. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e, se dovessimo tornare a Sestri levante, non esiteremo a ricontattarla!

Siamo stati bene , l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, un balcone e una terrazza sopra l'appartamento la cui vista sul golfo ripaga della piccola fatica da fare nel percorrere la stradina in salita per raggiungere l'appartamento. I proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Tolle Unterkunft! Gut ausgestattet, wunderbarer Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer. Nach Chiavari sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, von dort aus ist alles super zu erreichen! Sehr sehr schöner und großer Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Laura hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf Fragen reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt in Italien bei Imperia war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche lang in einer schönen Unterkunft zu verbringen, die uns mit ihrer Vielfalt und ihrem nachhaltigen Charme begeisterte. Die Besitzer, insbesondere die freundliche Gastgeberin Anny, haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gut umsorgt. Am ersten Abend wurden wir mit einem selbstgekochten Pasta-Gericht verwöhnt, das mit frischem Gemüse aus Anny's eigenem Garten zubereitet wurde. Anny stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, sei es persönlich oder über eine Messenger App, wenn sie nicht vor Ort war. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kombination aus Nachhaltigkeit, freundlicher Gastfreundschaft und einer schönen Umgebung macht diese Unterkunft zu einem tollen Urlaubsziel. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkehren.
