Cosy, character cottage. Open-plan ground floor with living, dining, kitchen, and sunny work space. Two sets of folding doors that lead out to a pretty cottage garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with king sized bed, one with double bed) upstairs, bathroom with bath & shower. Convenience of good access, situated on the road leading from the village of Clyro to the famous 'book town' of Hay-on-Wye. Ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Black Mountains.

Cosy accommodation for four in a small village. Access via external metal stairs to open plan living area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other with two singles. Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Originally built in 1623, this former public house is wonderfully situated between the heart of town and the banks of the River Wye. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Found in a rural castle village on the edge of the Brecon Beacons with doorstep footpaths and the great outdoors. We launder our cotton sheets, clean and maintain the holiday home ourselves, taking time to make it somewhere we are totally satisfied to host our Airbnb guests in.

The house is ideally placed on Church Street, with views of the church and open countryside at the rear, yet is only a short walk from the centre of town. The path leading down to the River Wye is close by. The house has its own private garden. Meet and Greet or self check in with key safe. Guests can choose which option best suits their needs. Ty-Nesa, a holiday cottage near Hay-on-Wye

Ty-Nesa means ‘the next house’ in Welsh. It is a small cottage, approximately 200 years old, located in the hills four miles from Hay-on-Wye. It has stunning views of the Black Mountains and across Herefordshire, with the Malvern Hills visible in the distance on a clear day. The cottage provides the perfect base for exploring Hay-on-Wye and the surrounding area.
