Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

my grandson and family were ones staying there and I know that as far as place was concerned it was as described. I know there were issues with the wifi but believe it was resolved.

With a busy grad weekend for daughter at MSU the place was close to her events, price great especially while everyone else raised during high peak weekend, and William was super responsive.

We are so pleased that we discovered Nathan's listing page! The unit was exactly as described. Nathan was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. He provided comprehensive and easy to understand instructions for checking in and out. We know the area and selected this rental because it is within 20 - 30 minutes of everything we wanted and needed to do. Parking was SO easy. There is a courtyard that would be great to use once the weather warms up. Overall, the unit was quiet, clean, cozy, very pretty, and perfect for my husband and myself. It looks just like the pictures. We would definitely choose this rental again.

Our stay at Laura's Alpha flat was short but so lovely! The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to restaurants, etc. We appreciate all the effort and thoughtfulness that has gone into this Airbnb. The beds were super comfy and the space was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well stocked with everything we could possibly need.

The best airbnb money can buy if you ever find yourself in Yale. CJ is responsive and informative, the unit is cozy (as advertised!), and the amenities are amazing!

My daughter and I stayed during a dance competition. Hosts were helpful and we had a great stay. Quiet community, we slept peacefully. Beautiful area and easy to get to location.

Great place to stay. Very homey, felt very comfortable. Loved all the decor, beds were very comfortable. Very clean & lots of extras that are not usually included at some other places. I would gladly stay again. Karin responded to any questions promptly. Only thing that I would suggest is the shower, kind of complicated.. Thanks again Karin!

We enjoyed staying at Ashley's place during the time that our family was handling a medical situation over a period of several week. Ashley and Jeffrey were both very good at communicating with us and always quick to respond. The unit itself is a very nicely/newly remodeled upstairs apartment in an older house. The furnishings were all very nice and high-quality. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen and the comfortable beds. (Comfortable mattresses was a must-have for us). The bathrooms were both very nice and had lots of artistic flair as well. Overall, the place was well-appointed, as they say. Noise was the only complaint I would have... there's a train that runs 100 yards behind us, a busy road in front of the house, and apparently the people living below us were often making noise after 11 PM. We think they might work night-shifts. Ending on a positive note: the town of Holly is very lovely and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Overall, a good choice to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin's place. We were in Midland for an event at the Midland Center for the Arts, & it was so close, we could have walked there if it hadn't been 20 degrees! And it was perfect for us and another couple, we each had our own living area, & could easily communicate as needed. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of art & other interesting table pieces. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Midland area. This was a great getaway. It was just the right size with beautiful surroundings. Really enjoyed having a hot tub while it was cool outside.

Spent a beautiful Christmas in the balcony suite. Had all the space and amenities of home. We were able to make an entire Christmas dinner as well as get a beautiful view of all the Christmas lights from our windows. Space was just as described and it could not have been more cozy with the winter season. Would happily stay here again any time!

This place was perfect for our visit to family in the area. The proximity to downtown meant that we could walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I hadn't noticed the hot tub in the listing, and it was a pleasant surprise. Dana was very helpful and communicated well. The shower temperature was challenging to get right - that was the only minor inconvenience. This is a comfortable place for one person or a couple. The kitchen is small but adequate for storing a few items and heating up a soup or loaf of bread.

I stayed for a long time on a business trip. The house is private and convenient. There is nothing lacking in living alone. It also has a very good cost-effectiveness. I was very happy to stay at Carmen's house. Carmen is kind and considerate. The only drawback was that the bedroom had strong sunlight, which wasn't a big problem for me. Thank you!

Katie's place was so cute and cozy. I wish I was able to stay longer. Katie was very understanding and accommodating! Can't wait to stay here again.

My husband and I planned a trip to see Frankenmuth and have a Bavarian Thanksgiving. We didn't want to pay $250 to stay in town so I found this charming little air BNB which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was in the mood for Christmas and Frankenmuth is the town for it my husband and I really enjoyed the unique decor in the Shabby chic suite where we stayed two nights. The hardwood floors and chic and rustic decor was super pleasing to the eye. we enjoyed sitting back and relaxing in each room. They also had a retro fridge which was delightful. We went to the Bavarian Inn for Thanksgiving and enjoyed an amazing wine pairing dinner at station 100, best wine of my life. We enjoyed the Christmas decor downtown and it didn't have to end when we got back to our air brb where they really decked the halls. It was like home base for Santa and his reindeer which were displayed in front of the house along with beautiful lights and Christmas trees light up all over. Spectacular!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.
