Overall, the place is a very good place to accommodate many people with its 6 bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for big families. There were a couple of dead cockroaches but I was told this was unavoidable. The host was very strict with the number of guests staying and coming to the property. Any guests that visit must be counted as a guest staying. I was afraid to invite friends over to hangout for an hour due to the 100$ charge. I think this rule can be relaxed a bit. Unless you are holding a major party, visiting friends should be allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s house! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for the two of us. The backyard was peaceful and was a nice spot to relax. The heated pool was a great bonus, especially on cooler nights. The host was very easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. Everything was just as described. We'd definitely come back!

Adriana & Jack were both stellar! Very responsive + attentive to any inquires we may have had . Definitely, a home away from home . Clean /safe space with parking & heated spa + pool feature.

Great location and a nice safe neighborhood. Many restaurants in walking distance to choose from. This is the second time I've stayed in this house. There's a lot of stairs but it's very comfortable and gives each bedroom its own space. Thank you to my host Reagan. She's a great communicator

This place is amazing. The house is clean and cute, and it had an adorable outside space. I loved being able to let my dogs out into the fenced space without needing a leash. Kimberly’s place is a short walk to the beach, including Murdoch’s, and we walked to local eateries and coffee shops like MOD and the Sunflower Cafe.

What a great place! Worked so well for our family! We had 4 adults and two little kids and everyone slept comfortably and there was still more space. The process for checking in, checking out, and how everything worked was very streamlined. Communication was great! We were worried we might not make it because of a tropical depression, and Jerry was communicating back and forth with me prior to the stay. They provided all the items you might need including some items I hadn’t had at a stay before (think hotel stays). The proximity to the beach was great, not a “beachfront” but pretty darn close. There were many times I had to go back for and didn’t want to take the vehicle, easy walk. Would stay here again for sure!!

Jeff's home is absolutely beautiful!! The deck overlooking the canal with high end outdoor furniture is the place to be. Time & attention was taken in creating this retreat. As a designer I was impressed! What's even better is how easy it is to work with Jeff! He is very kind, accommodating, and communicative. We had special needs (specifically for the elevator) and when he learned there was a problem with it prior to our arrival that day, he already had a repairman on the way and resolved it very quickly. It is obvious that Jeff cares about his guests!

What a fun place to stay! Great directions, extremely clean! Friendly communication. Short walk to the beach, one that wasn’t crowded and felt very chill. Short drive to restaurants and entertainment, or you can get food delivery easily, as well. Impressed with the kitchen cooking items, including an Air fryer and slow cooker. Loved the multiple decks. Wonderful place!

Our Easter stay was amazing, it was not only fun but so relaxing too. We packed soo much but didn’t even have to, Misty&Kyle’s place had everything! The house was extremely clean and such an at home feel. The kids woke up and had a fishing tournament and my 6yo won! They caught crabs, croaker, black drum, pin fish and more. It was soo cool to watch the schools of fish at night before bed. I was nervous the kids would get very gross while fishing but they have plenty of water spouts around the home and the out door shower was soo handy from fishing and the beach, my kids didn’t even use the indoor shower! The outdoor seating was awesome too. If we are to stay in Galveston again we will def not even have to search for a different stay, we would love to come back right here ! We will also pack very light because we had everything we needed. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks because my kids and aunt just got straight into the canal and floated around. I cannot wait to come back !

Excellent maintained facility. Host very concerned about our comfort. Let us know when the house was available and responded quickly to a couple of unusual issues. Reminders regarding our responsibilities helpful. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils that work (we've had bad experiences with this in the past); the indoor games were great for 6 adults with 2 small children. Plentiful beach equipment available.

Great place no issues comfortable bed really enjoyed how close of this house was to our Fishing Guide, which made it easy early morning for us would stay again

This place was the perfect spot for our anniversary weekend getaway! It was cute, clean and cozy. We felt right at home!

Enjoyed our stay, close to all the best dining spots. We didn't have perfect weather during our stay, but we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We liked how there was plenty of lighting along the stairways leading up to the house. Will keep this one our list of places to stay again.

Two beautiful homes. If you're questioning whether or not to book this property, the answer is yes! We hosted our wedding here, with attendance from our parents, siblings, and just a few of our friends. The space was more than efficient, and not to mention, a perfect atmosphere. Andrew was very accommodating and responsive. He made the chore of finding a venue for lodging and having a ceremony seamless.
