With updated kitchen and bathrooms, the Stone House offers the charms of 19th century architecture with modern comforts. The house features an open dining/living room and 2 staircases. Upstairs you’ll find 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share the master bathroom (Jack and Jill style). Hopeland Farm is a 100 acre working farm just 10-15 min from downtown Lititz.

We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door.

Cute, clean and cozy best describes this little house in the country. Minutes from PA turnpike, 222 and 272, you are set to be in Lancaster or Reading in under 30 min. Browse the antique shops in Adamstown or just take some time for yourself, throw some steaks on the grill and relax on the deck. We hope you find our little house a quiet place to unwind.
