Approx 1500 sf area with plenty of parking in a very rural area close to hiking and swimming or rock climbing at Hanging Rock State Park, and Pilot Knob, as well as floating the Dan River or just relaxing watching the horses play in the paddock, enjoying roasting hot dogs or smores over the fire pit. Private property on our farm with many amenities, including Wi-Fi, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, gym available. Very relaxing place!

My place is on Blue Ridge Parkway on mile post 191.4. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambience, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Two Bed Rooms (One King Size and one Queen size beds) Security Camera; One Camera is pointed at the front door. NO CAMERA POINTED AT THE DECK!!!!!! It’s located near many wineries, golf courses, hiking trails, rivers, 20-25 minutes from White Sulphur Springs Wedding Venue, and many other great attractions. Kibler Valley Cabin

Our cabin is located in the picturesque Kibler Valley just over the Virginia state line. It is equidistant from Mt Airy, NC and Stuart, VA. It is located directly on the Dan River, just down the mountain from it's headwaters. The property sits 4 miles down a 6.5 mile dead-end road. At the end of the road is a hydro-electric power plant. During the summer months Northbrook releases water from the dam on week-ends, depending on resevior levels, which makes for fantastic kayaking and tubing.

The Dan River House

The house is just a short walk from Dan River, which can be easily viewed from the front porch. Surrounded by grassy fields which border the river, relax and unwind. Bring your own fishing equipment and tubes and let the fun begin. Take a hike or a leisurely walk. The night sky is great for stargazing or sitting on the porch listening to the tranquil sounds of the river. On cool nights snuggle by the fireplace, read a book, watch a little TV or play your favorite board games.
