I couldn’t have been happier with my stay! The location is great, close enough to the all the major attractions without the chaos of downtown Nashville! Also, close to great restaurants, cute parks, and coffee shops! The host were also amazing — incredibly friendly and inviting and very informative about the area and the Airbnb itself, providing a great guide for any questions you may have regarding the unit!

Great stay and an absolutely incredible host. The townhouse was exactly as described and as it looked in photos, and was immaculately clean. Host was super responsive and offered great communication, and was incredibly reasonable and understanding when I had issues (my own, not with the rental) arise. For the price, you can’t beat the property. For a significantly higher price, you couldn’t beat the host. I would absolutely recommend this place, and would be very happy to stay again.

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

This place was perfect!! It was in walking distance to multiple things in the town. Bill was great at communicating and answering any questions!! Definitely a 10/10 place

The location was perfect for visiting our soldier in Fort Campbell. The location not only provided us with the quaint town of Clarksville but also a short drive to Nashville. We will be back for sure.

Love the location. Convenient and easy to get to from Nashville. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, grocery stores etc.

I loved my stay at Ron & Susan’s apartment. It felt very cozy and they provided extra toiletries and snacks which was nice. It’s also very close to downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hot tub was a huge hit for my son. House was beautiful and offered fun things for the kids. Close to tons of food and shopping. Tucked away on a private street away from traffic. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Area called for worst weather in 16 years so owner came to personally check on us and make sure we felt comfortable and safe, above and beyond the call of expectation. Cannot thank them enough

Anita’s place is exactly what we needed. It was clean & comfortable! The fenced yard was a perk for my dogs! Thank you. It’ll be awhile before we’re back in town. But I will definitely reach out if we need a place to stay!

This house was very comfortable and makes you feel at home. Great house layout and the new deck and backyard fence is really nice. Very clean and most of the furnishings appear very new. Great written instructions and recommendations posted in the house, so I had no questions to ask. Location is nice as you can walk to restaurants and the college. I enjoyed walking the Austin Peay College campus with our dog several times a day. For the money this is a great buy. I would definitely stay here again.

Cedrick’s house was exactly as expected. VERY clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. His pet policy is next level - extremely generous and fair. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and family friendly. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and pretty much anything else you need close by. Extremely close to Ft Campbell! Cedrick was a very responsive host, even when we had an issue with the air conditioning very late at night on a holiday weekend. I didn’t expect a response but woke up to one waiting for me early the next day. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Patrick was an amazing host! We absolutely loved the home! It was clean, well organized, and very spacious! We all had our own beds and our own space and everything was super comfy and cozy! Located in a great spot and only 12 minutes from Broadway! Patrick was extremely responsive and even let us check out late! We could not have had a better experience! Will CERTAINLY stay here again!

We really enjoyed having our own space while visiting our Army brats. We will definitely stay again if the kids stay in this area.

Alex's place was perfect for our family's visit to Clarksville! It was located close to everything we were looking to do - Fort Campbell, Nashville, and so many antique stores! The house itself was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. It was easy to find and get into using the keypad. The house was clean, spacious and really had everything we needed. There were even enough pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen that we were able to cook a complete Easter dinner during our stay! Alex responds so quickly to all messages so that was really appreciated as well. We would definitely rent from Alex again on our next trip to Clarksville!

Ethan was a great host from the time we booked. He was very responsive and supportive of our request. The house was exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was quest and a quick Lyft/Uber ride to broadway and where we wanted to go. We would definitely try to book the next time we go to Nashville.

Great spot for a weekend in Nashville. Very nice apartment, well decorated and supplied all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay.

I haven't read the other reviews, but I'd be surprised if they didn't all say something like, "this is the coolest place I've ever stayed." The wow factor is off the charts-the vibe, the art, the repurposed everything. Even better than the pictures. It's a 10 minute drive to Broadway. Uber's the best bet since parking is pricey. Would love to stay here again when I return to Nashville.

Kim was a great host-Communicated every detail- Her place was clean and the decor was outstanding. Location was perfect for our family as we were visiting a family member in an apartment complex nearby and could walk. Will definitely use again.

We have stayed in many AirBnBs and this was definitely one of our favourites. Such a neat building and the speakeasy was awesome! The unit was quiet, clean, linens were sooo soft, and they fully stocked everything…so there was no need to ask for anything. The building was also in a gated area…so we felt so safe staying here. We hope to visit Nashville again and will absolutely stay here again!

Great information and advice from our Host. Responded to any questions very quickly. He ensured we had a great stay. Nice location walk into the center. Good amenities locally. would definitely return and use our host again. Made our trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about anything else.

We had a nice stay at Ava’s Tennessee condo. We loved the cute decor, and it was a short drive into the city. It was a quiet location with a great coffee shop across the street. Not the most kid-friendly place for littles (had glass tables, lots of breakable decor). However, nothing that cannot be avoided by talking to the kids and a watchful eye. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in Nashville. Thank you so much!

Nous sommes allés a Nashville pour un tournoi de hockey et nous étions très proche de l’aréna et du centre-ville. Les services uber sont rapide et efficace, parfait pour un séjour entre amis. Le bar dans l’édifice est parfait pour prendre un verre relaxe. Je recommande fortement.
