Our stay at the Aviator Suite was great. What drew us to this rental was that there were two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as we were traveling with our son and daughter in law, and most importantly, the rate is affordable. The rental was clean, and Joshua clearly put a lot of effort into the furnishings and decor. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure! We will be checking to see if this rental is available on future visits to the area.

From the beginning, Thea communicated often with me with updates and essential information. She was very helpful. She was available for questions. She lives in the same building, so it was nice to meet her. She grew up in Yellow Springs and knows the community well. She has lovely gardens around her home. It is very close to everything. Her home is clean and well kept. The kitchen was great with all necessary items for preparing and storing food. There is a very nice porch, too. I'm happy I had a chance to visit Yellow Springs.

The patriot suite was great for my family of 4 . With two small children we felt right at home. The kids played baseball in the backyard. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. TVs in every room . The shower was amazing. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The washer and dryer worked great. And the dishwasher was a plus. Everything was easy to find . Josh is an amazing host with excellent communication skills . Our stay Exceeded our expectations. We have already booked another one of his units and he’s has a great selection of them . We know we’re in good hands booking with Josh !

One of my favorite Airbnb stays! Clean, open and comfy space. Check in was very easy and convenient and the place was in a great location within walking distance to everything in town. I would definitely recommend this place!

The house is a 3 minute walk from almost all the shops and restaurants in Yellow Springs. Queen beds, a nice kitchen, and a porch for kicking back are all nice features. A couple of lamps in the livingroom would be nice, but that would be my only criticism of the accommodations.

I paid for 3 nights, and only ended up staying one. Part of me wishes I used all three nights because the spot was amazing. Even though there was a tight squeeze between the toilet and the sink and the shower had so many knobs it took me a bit to figure it out, the room was very cozy and I loved my time there. Joshua is a very responsive and communicative host and I highly recommend this spot to anyone thinking of checking it out!

Cute little space within walking distance to downtown. They accounted for everything within a small footprint and the colors were fun! It was nice to have a full kitchen to utilize while there. Would definitely stay again!

Working with Laura was a breeze! Easy to book, detailed clear instructions which made check-in and check-out process seamless. She was communicative at every stage of the process. Place has all the described amenities and has a lot to do in the area. Great stay for an overnight or for longer stay.

The location was on a real farm, which was a different kind of experience. The house has two units and both units shares a covered porch. For the studio unit, the queen bed is located in the same room as the kitchen. So the dining room table can accommodate two or three people. The shower is downstairs in the basement. Chuck and Carol were friendly and made a point to greet us personally. I did have an issue with opening the lock at first, since the lock combination was specific to me. I was able to resolve that quickly. I'm glad for the extra measure of security that Chuck and Carol implemented using combination specific to each guest.

Samantha was amazing during my short stay of my travel assignment. She was so easy to talk to and replied within minutes of any questions I had. I wish I had her as an Airbnb host everywhere I go. The place I stayed was safe, clean, easy to access and so comfortable. Could not recommend this place or her as a host more!!!

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to my messages on Airbnb. She was always available and checked on our stay! I would suggest maybe putting apt numbers on the doors. The place was very clean. She even had extra tissue and paper towels. She also had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. it was very nice !!!!!! I would use her again….

This is definitely an older building/unit, but still met my needs well. Joani was a very kind and responsive host and I enjoyed my stay at her apartment!

This place was ideal for our family to visit to see our daughter at Wright State. The place was well maintained and well decorated. Having individual bedrooms for privacy but still with a common area to congregate and all the conveniences of home was perfect.The building was quiet and convenient and our host was always accessible and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Joani was very helpful and always on top of communication about everything. Check in and out was easy, and low stress. I recommend 100%!
