Location and price are perfect for this place. It's very close to the metro and a Coles is just down the road. Easy entry with keys in a lock box and private rooms in a large house

Really good place if you just want a place to sleep. basic amenities to sustain yourself.

Nous sommes resté une semaine dans ce logement, tous c’est très bien passé Alosh a été réactif et la maison était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Un couple de français aide à la gestion et a la propreté de la maison, ils sont toujours dispo et accueillant. Je recommande fortement

I had a great time staying at Niveditha's place. It is located right next to a park, just 5min from supermarkets and 10mins to the train station. Niveditha was very friendly and helped me with my questions.

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. beautiful house & location,what a magnificent view. Pool was very clean ,surrounds untidy,needs a gardener. Inside clean & comfortable,Aircon,washer& dryer a godsend. I spent lots of time on lounge outside marveling at all going on with the sea,very relaxing. Close to shops & restaurants.

It’s a great location, just 10 minutes drive from city / airport. Great host and pristine clean home. Walking distance from beach and a bunch of restaurants.

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime.
